Coolmuster is a great matchmaker, marrying my love for Samsung phones with my love for Apple computers seamlessly.

The program would not work. I emailed the company the same day I purchased requesting cancellation and I have yet to receive a response.

Did not work as advertised. The software was to allow me to copy any videos from my windows computer. It did not pages

I use this app regularly for Android to keep copies of my text messages on my computer for work purposes. I like the option to export by date. I find the iOS version to be more cumbersome as it doesn't include the associated with the number.

It does not work very well and is definitely not an intuit use program.

Unfortunately I have tried several times to backup all the data from my oneplus 6; more than 100 GB of photo’s and video’s. This was never successfull. After 2/3rd the process stopped. Contact with the helpdesk did not result in a 100% complete backup. It looked so promissing...

These Apps are really good and do just as they say, and they were free.

I couldn't get the product to work correctly. Support was useless.

I had a trial version & liked it so well that I purchased the program. When my phone had to be replaced, the program no longer works so it's useless to me. They said no refunds.

Never used the program as I don't have a cell phone.. Installed it for a friend, but never had to use it. So, NO comment to give.

The program has a easy to understand interface. It made transferring data to my new phone easy and didn't skip a beat. I had no loss of data too.

This software company does produce some exciting everyday products that are actually affordable as well as meaningful in making life so much easier.

Excellent software. Very easy to use. Got 2 phones backed up with it. Came in very handy when I transferred to a new phone. Would recommend to anyone looking for an easy backup solution.

Had a file I wanted to recover that I had deleted by mistake, this came in very handy

Why I bought the Coolmuster Android Mobile App, which saved all my old phones details.

I purchased the Coolmuster data recovery tool package, around two years ago; different flavours of Coolmuster tools are available depending on requirements, at my time of purchase it was considerably cheaper for the data recovery kit, keep in mind though this tool proved to be the only one of over 8 most highly rated recommended data recovery tools I personally tested at that time, that actually worked.

Before you buy a data recovery tool, I recommend you test it to see if it will work, prior to purchasing.

My mobile data recovery proved to be very difficult owing to the below situation, read through to see if it is helpful to your own issues.

My advise, before you or your provider do anything with your mobile, back up the SIM and mobile data, also do a regular scheduled interval backup just in case

My provider at the time O2 literally bricked my old mobile during a routinue mobile number swap to a new mobile, something they did for me.

This was done while I waited oncall from a different phone.

When trying to use the old mobile after the number swap, the old mobiles touchscreen and entire mobile; would lock up after power on at around 4 seconds, I could press a displayed icon; it would show it had picked up the press, but nothing happened.

After trying to use the old mobile, I contacted O2 again; they where unable to explain how this had occurred, and of course they advised they where not responsible.

I now had no way of accessing my contacts, numbers or anything else on my old mobile.

Some may be thinking, OMG just plug the SIM into the new phone, or use a SIM plug adapter on a PC or laptop; be warned this is not something you can always do unfortunately, some mobile phone makes or providers encrypt the SIM data, only their tools can read it.

(1) My Sony mobile used a specific Sony encryption algorithm for the reading and writing of SIM data, so had to be read with their tool, and could not be accessed via an alternative new mobiles data or SIM reader tool.

(2) The Sony tool on the old mobile could not be accessed, because of the above bricked mobile.

(3) The Sony tool was installed on different PC's & Laptops with Win 7 & 10, the below happened each time.

It would not work with the now bricked mobile plugged in, or a SIM card external reader plugged into the PC, or laptop; with the old SIM.

The mobile or SIM was visible in Windows, with the latest updated drivers and API's for the mobile installed.

Open the Sony tool; error cannot access mobile SIM, the Sony tool is very poor according to extensive research on the problem and trying to resolve, using Google search, and forums.

Much research later, and trying alternative mobile phone data recovery tools, including other phone manufacturers free tools, I then started testing other data recovery tools with free trials periods.

All of them, except the Coolmuster recovery tool gave me the same above explained problem.

When I installed Coolmusters mobile data recovery free trial tool.

(1) It was a very smooth and quick install.

(2) The old now bricked mobile, thanks to O2; was instantly recognised, and allowed the SIM data to be read and at the time of testing the trial version being used alowed a portion of numbers, SMS messages and stored data was viewable.

This showed it was able to read the proprietary Sony encrypted SIM data and worked.

(3) As it was a trial, I prepared for the massive bill on a full purchase, to my amazement; it was far cheaper than I expected, it is as mentioned more expensive now.

Considering it was the only one that I tested that actually worked.

Not only was Coolmuster able to access; encrypted SIM data from another mobile provider.

It was also the only one capable and able to access a completely bricked mobile, that could not be interacted with at all, whilst additionally having the SIM installed in the mobile or installed in an external SIM card reader.

I highly recommend the Coolmuster programs, if you want one that will likely do data recovery, and access a bricked mobile, this may very well be the solution for you.
