It was easy to use but a little difficult to open contacts in Excel.I used the option to open the file with csv.All in all it is a good program.

Cool solution and cool program
I found this cool program but found it didn't work with my old phone. I reached out to the support team and they provided me with a working solution (older version of the program) that did the trick. The support team was very quick to answer and their solution was both simple and brief. No nonsense, straight to the point and it worked. I am very happy with the program and with the competences and with the client friendly approach of the support team. Very recommendable !

Couldn't get to work after four hours of trying every which way. no good way to contact them. tried email, that got no response. ask for my money back and got no response on that either. i would never recommend this to anyone so they don't have to experience the pain I went though.

I downloaded this app to copy my wifes…
I downloaded this app to copy my wifes data from a Samsung to Huawei.
Found it easy to use but please be aware it is only when you start copying that you realise the free version will only copy 10 items (contacts, sms etc).
Even though I will only use this once evrey few years I found it cheaper to purchase the lifetime licence.

Good utility
Sometimes it can be a bit troublesome to establish connection - in my case between an Android phone and an iMac; but once the systems are connected it works just fine! :)

Not all texts threads are downloaded
It enables some download of text threads which is what I bought it for but it will not download the entire content nor will the fix suggested work to alleviate this issue. There does not seem to be a solution for this issue except to give the purchase price back.
It does download most of text threads but not all. Specifically it only got one side of a two sided conversation or it only partially got got both sides of a text thread. So it depends on what you want the program for if it will work for you

Cool muster just works
Cool muster just works. I purchased other products that didn’t work and was difficult to setup and use. I wanted to backup four years of iOS messages. Coolmuster did this like a breeze. I wasn’t required to several pages of information. One of the best products I purchased in 2020. I have been working with computers since 1982.
