My understanding is that because my package #1 is 26 lbs. @ around $54.00 nearly doubled when I added a 2 lb. package, paid for $50.00 insurance, AND FOR NORMAL every day door to door TRACKING BY ME, not the useless email your sending me. Picked up early on Monday 11/13 for a 2 or 3 day business day delivery, NOT Yet delivered this FRIDAY 11/17!!

It was easy to use so easy print the label I took mine to UPS. Customer service was great. When I made a mistake on my shipping label they corrected it. Everything was just so nice fast and easy to

The service was good but the tracking number was not working. I send the package to Canada

Overall, I found the service very good. One glitch I experienced was that the time of pick-up I choose with Coolparcel, did not match the pick-up time with UPS. When I called Coolparcel to inquire, it was impossible to get a hold of them.

Bought an international shipping, got told I was supposed to call ups, called three different offices, been told I was supposed to speak with you, did not answer 3 calls and waited for about 30 mins overall. Solved the problem on my own

What didn't go wrong. There are no instructions on the web site for filling out customs forms, customer service is only open 6 hours M-TH, less on Fridays, no email support. package was over 10 days late from original projected date, company sent wrong customs form, items were gifts, was charged for a value of $380, package was valued at $160 and insured for $200. was then forced to pay $125 in customs, company was no help, multiple calls to UPS, when i went to pay customs found that i couldn't because item was not listed as shipped form me?! won't do business with them again, will stick with USPS, they may be a bit slower, but they at least didn't lie, cheat, and steal from me. to date package is still in limbo. so much for a gift! website is incomplete, if you make an error, you are required to contact Customer service, no email address for customer service, they really don't care! the recipient was hassled on the other end, the order was changed from private to commercial, and nothing I did to try to correct the errors made any diff because Cool Parcel was listed as the shipper and not I! IN TOTAL TO DATE HAVE SPENT ALMOST $250 TO SEND PACKAGE WORTH $160, PAID FOR ADDL INSURANCE NOW SEE THAT THE EXTRA INSURANCE WAS DELETED OFF ACCOUNT, BUT I WAS NOT REFUNDED THE EXTRA FEES? CROOKS!

Coolparcel works great!! For an occasional shipper I don't know how the procedure could be more efficient.

items are broken, totally unsatisfied

Had to pay additional customs for a private item with no value as mentioned in the customs declaration.
I wasn't actively informed that I have to pay that and found out randomly.
But parcel arrived in time and that's what matters.

Have not received the overseas package as of yet, nor did I receive call or emails about the location of the package, this was to be a four day turnaround

My first time having to ship internationally, from The US to Pakistan. Coolparcel had the best prices. And they made the process with the customs requirements straight forward.

Easy to send an international express letter at substantial savings, using the same courier service offered at UPS.

Delivery was made, great service.

Very very frustrating!
The package I sent was serevely damaged, I guess because the low lifes that work in the sorting facilities damage on purpose items that have "fragile" stickers on them.
2nd when the customer wanted a refund I tried to create a shipping label to send to her so she can ship it back, well..couldn't create a label because after you enter alllllll the info and try to pay, it doesn't go to the next step "place order".
You keep pressing the button but nothing happens...
The saving of $15 is absolutely not worth it...

I will definitely use this service again.
