We ordered our shutters from this company back in April 2021 (over 1 year ago) and still have not received our correct order. We have had 2 fitting appointments but both fitters informed us the product had incorrect measurements so could not be fitted properly. We have had to go back a 3rd time to get a replacement as we had already paid in full. Unfortunately when we have complained, we have not been offered any kind of complaint resolution. We have also had to chase them on multiple occasions without people getting back to us, even after being promised a call back. So far the fitters, who were very pleasant, seem to be the only ones who want to put things right for us and treat us fairly. We will have to see the outcome of this next replacement.

Do not use this company; they will let you down. Having ordered shutters over a year ago and being promised delivery several times, they never turned up. It was almost impossible to speak to David Waxman and emails/texts went unanswered. The office staff could not help. Eventually, we had to take the company to court and they only paid up to avoid a CCJ. There are much better companies out there.

We recently had shutters installed from 'Cool Shutters' at our business showroom, on the recommendation from a customer. The process was seamless from when they first came out to measure - to ordering - to installation.
Extra thanks to John the installer who was so professional and a pleasure to have around. We will definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Have tried to get a quote from this company twice. I was promised a call back within 48hrs but did not receive one. Disappointing as this company was recommended by a friend. Have decided to use a different service now.

Had our shutters fitted today by Matt . They are amazing. We had 5 windows done and Matt arrived at 9.00 and was finished at 15.00.
They are made of wood and look fabulous.

Absolutely brilliant job, really pleased with our shutters. Everybody's noticed and commented on them. Cool shutters were honest about delivery times, the surveyor explained everything in great detail, the fitter did a great job fitting them, made sure everything was perfectly square and true.cleaned up after the job was done. I would highly recommend cool shutters, slight delay in shutters being delivered but just the way of the world at the moment -definitely worth the wait. We heard about Cool Shutters from a neighbour who was impressed with their service. We asked for a consultation in December and were really pleased with how we could personalise our order. All our requests from slat colour to width were accommodated. Communication is excellent- all emails are responded to promptly. The blinds have now been installed and have transformed the house. We would definitely recommend Cool Shutters for professional and friendly service.

I have just had my shutters fitted in 3 rooms. I am so pleased with them - they are a high quality product and have been fitted beautifully.
