Looks like I'm playing the same game as many others here. Ordered a shirt May 13th and haven't seen or heard anything other than it's processing. I highly doubt it since that's the same message that has been ongoing since the beginning. Using the Covid as the reason for delays is understandable, but 2 months later with NO correspondence? Pretty lame. And why are you still advertising when you're supposedly falling behind? If I get my shirt, it will be a miracle!

This is a scam!!!! I ordered a month ago and never received! I was born and raised in Indy. Sad! I will be sending a family member to the address. I will be getting in touch with the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered 2 shirts and a coffee mug 5/27/20 for Father’s Day with GUARANTEED delivery by Father’s Day. I got the coffee mug on time, but just got the tee shirts today (7/7/20). I contacted the company and received an apology but no rush for the order or discount. The tee shirts are ok quality but not great. Would NOT recommend using this company.

Would give 0 if I could, for same reason as others noted. 2 months, no product, even with Covid that is excessive. Phone number just has recorded message, reply via email is generic/automated.
Only way I received my refund was via Paypal.

Father's day Shirt. I ordered a Father's day Shirt on June 07. The initial estimate date previewed the order would be delivered before the date. However, we never got the order on time. Due to the COVID-19 delays, I waited for 1 month, and today I contacted the company asking for a refund. The order is still listed processing (1 month later) and they say that they will not process a refund. There are lots of complains on facebook about the same reason, and the company has been reported to BBB many times. Be aware! Not a trustworthy company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

As with many others, I ordered a shirt for fathers day and it is one month today, and still no shirt or word from when it is coming. I paid decent money and have no idea when or if I'm ever going to get this shirt. Do not recommend at all!

Ordered a shirt for Father's Day and I am still waiting for it to shipped! It will be 1 month next week that I placed my order. I am unable to speak with anyone or get any response via email. Worse company ever.

Ordered a shirt for Fathers Day and still have not received a month later. I have tried contacting company and set up a PayPal claim, have had no response. DO NOT PURCHASES. BEWARE!

I ordered my gifts in early May, anticipatingdelivery in plenty of time for Father's Day. They have just now arrived, 7 weeks post order. Even with COVID impacts this is very excessive. I will never order from here again. They did not communicate with me, even after multiple emails. I continued to get standard email responses. Never again.

I was weary after ordering from this company because of the reviews. The email your given that contains the tracking info doesn't update often! I had to manually click the tracking button for updated info. I was worried I'd been scammed until I saw my package HAD shipped, but was prolonged due to covid-19. This is completely understandable. I did receive my item today and despite it being late and not arriving by father's day, my husband loves it and is very happy. Shipping delays do not make a company a scam. Just be aware that it will most likely take longer than anticipated, but the shirt we received is of good quality and exactly what was pictured.

I placed an order on 5/31 for a t-shirt for a Father's Day gift. The order did not arrive for Father's Day and still 5 days later the status is "preparing to print." I had to buy another gift as my order did not arrive so I called cooltrendygifts.com - big surprise you cannot get a live person on the line you are referred to cancel/modify your order online. When you go online and try to cancel it won't allow you to as your order is in process. I emailed customer service explaining that I wanted to cancel the order as they did not hold up their end of the transaction but they refuse to cancel the order or refund my money. I still have no product nor do I want it at this point. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company and have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

This place is clearly a scam. I placed an order on may 22nd, and has been stuck in the processing phase since may 23rd. I sent an email June 14th asking an update on my order and they replied that my order was expected to be shipped out June 16th. I checked my order status today (June 24th) and it was still processing. I sent another email and they replied my order was expected to ship out June 23rd, as in yesterday. It wasnt, it is still marked as processing. I chatted with "David" through their online customer service chat, and he gave me a 30% refund on my order. . I asked when my order would be shipped and he told me that he couldn't tell me a delivery date because of Covid-19. I replied that that explained why I couldn't get a delivery date, but the company should be able to tell me when they expect to physically put my order in the mail. He then told me my order number (which I already knew, and was needed to start the chat,) and that I could track my order with it, but it wasnt the correct order number. I called him out on it, and he replied with what was clearly a copied and pasted response. The place where he was supposed to include the company name was blank. He caught the error and immediately sent it again, but this time with the wrong company name. Luckily I was able to download the transcript of the exchange, because shortly after that I was kicked off the chat. Afterwards I was asked to rate my experience with either a happy face or angry/sad face and provide comments, but the site refused to accept my negative response. I doubt I will ever get my order or money back from this company. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else.

I had a similar experience to other customers, where I ordered a shirt, was told it’d be shipped in 5-15 days, then heard nothing for over a month. I contacted them using the default options on their website, and received only automated responses, so I was starting to get worried I’d never get my order! Finally, I decided that instead of contacting them through the website, I should try replying to one of the previous emails. Lo and behold, it worked! I finally received a response from an actual person, who gave me a partial refund for the shirt, as an apology for the wait. Just now, I got word that my shirt finally shipped today, so I’m happy.

Tl;dr - Even though I had to wait a long time (due to the chaos of the pandemic, no doubt) I’ll be receiving the product I ordered, and I even got some of my money back. These are tough times, and companies are struggling, but a little patience goes a long way. So don’t worry, everybody, you’ll get your order eventually.

So frustrating. Do not order anything from this company. First I was quoted 5-15 business days for my item to ship which would have been fine. Then after 15 business days had passed I checked again and was told it would be 20 business days. Obviously a Father's Day gift wouldn't arrive in time for Father's Day. Then after 20 business days (an entire month since I placed my order) my item still hadn't shipped.

UPDATE: July 8th, 2020- still have not received product. Sent a THIRD email inquiring about my product and was told in an automated response on July 5th, 2020 that "my product is still expected to ship by June 11, 2020" So I wrote to the BBB to complain, it is currently being investigated.

If i could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered May 13th, the website says it takes 10-20 days to process. I've sent two emails and have been told that "it's processing" as it has been since I submitted my order 42 days ago. The whole point of a Father's day gift is to give it on Father's day.

ordered for a gift for a special occasion a month before I needed it and according to their website it would ship in plenty of time.. well after 35 days since my order I contacted them for a refund which they told me they could not give me because my order was “processing” it had been processing the entire 35 days! and they made no attempt to fulfill my order until I contacted them and filed a complaint with PayPal. Then suddenly 5 days later they were “happy to inform me my order had shipped” yes, but the occasion I needed it for had now passed. I can’t speak for the item’s quality since I still have no received it STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE 2 MONTHS TO WAIT

Not great. I ordered May 10th. Its the end of June and my order was still "processing." It took me sending them about 15 emails to finally cancel my order. You can't contact them by phone and most of the email responses I received were automated. Don't order from this site.

Ugh. I so wish I'd taken the time to read these reviews before I placed my order via an ad on Facebook.

Ordered June 2nd. On the ad it said it was the last day to order to ensure it would be here by Father's Day.

As of June 22nd the order is still "processing" and has not even been printed, let alone shipped. All attempts to contact customer service have bounced back as "undeliverable".

Total scam. Do NOT order.

ETA: They did refund my money after I filed a dispute with Paypal.

Same experience as most. I'm 3 weeks in, still no shirt. The status says printing. User agreement says you can't get a refund once the printing process has begun. The problem is my estimated shipping date has changed 3 times already. I highly doubt I'll ever see a shirt and there's not a snowball's chance in hell that I'll get a refund. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm not far from Indy and am seriously considering knocking on their door. Don't order from here!
