I was a great worker for this company

I was a great worker for this company, my rating’s would back that up.

On a few occasions I was unwell and my account got suspended, after giving proof they immediately activated my account.

Moving on to the last occasion, even after showing evidence of myself being at the hospital, coople decided to suspend my account again and when I questioned them about it, they said sorry but you have been unwell on four different occasions ( for which I provided evidence) and therefore we will not be activating your account.

My ratings ratio to jobs completed are probably the most impressive in the company, my resume is excellent (according to employer’s i completed shifts with).

I have all the emails sent back and forth between myself and coople, it’s disgusting the way my account has been suspended especially after me being in hospital.

I am lucky to be alive after being fatally stabbed 5 times, even the doctors thought I was not going to make it through.

So thanks for nothing coople.

Customer service doesn’t exist, you keep have to repeat yourself in email conversations, mirella, Jessie, yasir, nevena all of whom I had conversations about having my account reactivated but they all said that they would not be activating my account, all four of them need to be trained on a weekly basis on how to treat work colleagues.

I have recommended many people to join coople in the past but since my p45 my friends have also left coople therefore I will never be recommending coople to anyone.

Anyone looking for a better company to work for I will be leaving a list of recommendations at the end.

A Nightmare Experience with Coople

As a seasoned hospitality worker, I was eager to explore the opportunities Coople had to offer. Unfortunately, my experience with their platform has been nothing short of a nightmare.

First and foremost, the technical glitches are beyond frustrating. It seems like every time I try to use the platform, I encounter one issue after another. From error messages to pages failing to load, it's a constant battle just to navigate the site.

And don't even get me started on their online chat support. It's like talking to a brick wall. The staff seems utterly clueless and unhelpful. They offer vague, responses or transfer you to another person that do nothing to address the actual problems I'm facing. It's clear they lack the expertise and training needed to assist users effectively.

Based on my experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend using Coople's platform. It's a time-wasting, frustrating ordeal that no hospitality worker should have to endure. Save yourself the headache and look for alternatives. This platform simply isn't worth the trouble.

Great if you want part time work...

Great if you want part time work and need to decide your own hours, ofcourse at some months it's not as much on offer as others but it truly tries to offer you options all the time and find you matches while also leaving you in charge. It's good pay and some places have longer times of employment on offer. I can only recommend it to everyone and hope more companies and people will start using this.

This is the worst agency app you could…

This is the worst agency app you could ever find, don't even bother. They steal your hard earned money and they don't reply back to messages you send them. You're better off going to their offices around Central London than trying to contact these lot. I'm probably going to take them to court to sue them + extra for the inconvenience they've caused. Of course there's going to be an automatic reply to this review talking rubbish don't even mind them. AVOID COOPLE AND TAKE THEM TO COURT. They don't even treat their workers correctly and they are just a poor agency in general, no words could even describe them. Beyond poor.
