Unappropriated staff behavior. Kids are NOT welcomed there
I got an unpleasant experience since a host person yelled at me. Literally.
A host on the floor allowed himself to YELL at me with a high voice when I politely asked him why such strict rules for children are not mentioned anywhere on the website. When I was leaving, the same person again approached me with inappropriate comments. He was finger-pointing at me into his colleagues, which made me feel mobbed and harassed. It was rude, unprofessional, and just unacceptable. I was polite all the time, and all the time, I was in control of my child, so none of the art pieces got touched.
Do not repeat my mistake by trusting their website, saying they are “welcoming visitors of all ages.” It is not true as you need to hold your kids in your hand all the time as per floor hosts. Some places are not for parents with kids, and I get it - but mention it on the website/ put a sign on the cash desk,/ ask a cashier to inform visitors about it before buying tickets. So I would not recommend this place for a visit, as this experience was one of the most unpleasant I ever had for years living in Copenhagen.
