Complete waste of time
Don´t waste time there. They don´t have enough information to guide you neither they will take your case since this institution is working through state money and they will not take your case if you are not a Danish citizen. In exceptional cases there may be a probability that they may take your case (I am not sure) but only and only if that is a piece of cake. They also misguide you about your case and tell you that you will 100% loose case in the court whereas I won a case through private lawyer where they claimed that this is definitely a lost case. Its better to call a private lawyer to get advice.
