I paid Copycall for a phone number service. They took control of the number, then lost it and refused to properly resolve the issue. They fraudulently billed me and I had to recover my money through my bank.
After disputing, they sent abusive and hostile emails instead of resolving the situation professionally.
This company:

• Lost access to the number
• Fraudulently billed me
• Refused proper resolution
• Sent abusive communications
I had to involve my bank to recover my money.
This company should not be trusted with phone numbers or billing access. Serious warning to anyone considering using Copycall.
