Clearly advertises a Klarna pay monthly option on their website but when you go to checkout there is no option at all , Only options are pay in 30 days or three installments , They have lost a small fortune from me due to this , Also since they unveiled their new website the prices , Especially postage charges , have gone through the roof , shocking as they used to be my number one go to supplier , not anymore sadly

I wish I could give less than one star. I bought premium sublimation mugs from them and 28 out of 36 mugs were faulty (black spots, chips, etc). I sent an email with the images of the faults attached (within 7 days) and asked for a refund. Their response was appalling and unprofessional. They refused the refund and said that I should buy "higher grade mugs". To me this means their mugs are not good quality, even though they are advertised as "premium grade". I would not recommend this company at all. I am grateful I didn't buy a bulk order from this company as I would have been seriously out of pocket.

Excellent Customer Service and fast delivery even during the pandemic.

I have been purchasing items from Coral Graph for many years and recently had trouble buying stock from other suppliers. Due to the pandemic other suppliers increased prices and also added delivery time which made it very difficult to run my business.

I contacted Coral Graph and delivery was still next working day which was perfect. Coral Graph have come to my aid in the past and are always very helpful.

They have also been very kind to provide samples of some items I was looking to add to my store always provide tech assistance.

I have now replaced all my heat presses with Coral Graph own brand ones as I find these to be value for money and they get the job done without any issues.

I have recently ordered something from this company. They have a great selection of products for sublimation printing and more. The website is easy to navigate (more products available via Amazon) and gives enough information. Things I ordered arrived promptly and well packed. I can definitely recommend them, I will be back!

I ordered a machine from corelgraph when it came it was not working quite right. I called Mod and she was so lovely, helpful and she had a great customer service. Withon the space of 4 days, I recieved 2 facetime calls from mod to help me, a replacement part and then a new machine. It was no hassle at all to get my machine replaced and the faulty one collected. Great service and will defo use corelgraph again

I ordered first time some custom printed mugs and was very pleased with the quality of the print. Parcel was very well packed and delivered on time as agreed. Definitely I will order again. Good shopping experience

Perfect promotional items. We order box of custom printed mugs and couple of tote bags for last Christmas presents. Printing quality was very nice, shiny white mugs and good quality reusable tote bags.

Ever since I have started the sublimation printing business been using Coralgraph nearly 5 years now.
They provide such a wide range of products and the customer service from them is great. Owners are very helpful and they will do anything they can to help you, not to get the sale but to advise, recommend and yes to offer you the best deal they can. Anyone new to the business or already in the business get in touch with them you will simply get the best product and service without no doubt.

We were very disappointed when our heat press arrived badly packaged and broken, parts of it were smashed into pieces. We returned the heat press to Coralgraph, following their return instructions to the letter. They're now refusing to refund the return cost of £17.09 despite their policy being to refund delivery on damaged items, they're refusing to answer messages and phone calls go unanswered, wish I'd never wasted my time with such a useless company

Coralgraph is most trusted supplier for us. Deliver is outstanding so far we received all our orders next day. Any issues were resolved by a simply email and very simple return policy. Henry was very helpful and patient responded each and every single question.parcels were very well packed. I would recommend them 100%.

My first order took over a week to eventually arrive, not the fault of Coralgraph, but Parcelforce.

I canceled before it did arrive, 2 weeks late. Coralgraph were very helpful. I wasn't in a hurry so I waited a few weeks before reordering. Coralgraph gave me a discount as promised and suggested a newer model, plus they sent by a better courier.

I will definitely use Coralgraph for future purchases.
