Henry is always very helpful guy in the Coralgraph. A prompt reply is always key in our business. We are a busy printing company; many cases we can’t wait for delivery during peak times hence we opt to collect from their warehouse. Henry and his colleagues are really professional, they are always helping us to load stuffs as soon as possible. A quick order processing, prompt reply whilst we reach to collect items is a great must have for us.

Honest and trusty supplier
Reliability regarding expected shipments are key concerns for me. It is not always possible for us to invest enough to stock for our small business. Mostly we do mug printing in tourist area. Having a stall in the market, it really difficult to stock up items. So, we require a constant supply, which means a trusty supplier. We mostly order during afternoon time. Coralgraph maintain really well with couriers. Majority of the orders come next working day, which is really helpful for our business. Boxes received on the spot and just on time.

They always has been great with all my enquiries ,very helpful and great service ,products normally shipped same day if ordered before 4pm .The only downside they are small company and they not always manning the phonelines however every time I email them they reply super fast

Been purchasing items from Coralgraph for nearly 3 years and there was no big problems, only some quality issues. But now i can confirm they lost us. In November ordered some items, but when my parcel arrived in side box was no sublimation paper, on the invoice handwriting said out of stock / refund. Thought ok, not a big problem, will get a refund shortly. In few weeks i realized no refund been given, no replacement been sent. They do not answer the phone, they do not reply to emails! 5 month later ... still waiting... AVOID. 0 COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

After writing a review, Coralgraph contacted me and refund been given in full very quickly. Apologies received as well.

Having long involved in sublimation printing, I lately decided to print using transfer papers. Cotton made dark coloured fabrics aren’t suitable for sublimation printing. Hence needed some solutions. We were suggested Nucoat R1654 paper from our usual supplier, Coralgraph. Thank you for your help and genuine suggestions. Enough help, ref. videos and instructions received. Really enjoyed printing from Epson dye-based ink printer and papers. Very genuine advice, highly recommended.

We have been using Coralgraph for over 5 years for purchasing our All Sublimation items .,we tried them and we really love the quality ,better colours ,less wastage and very good prices.and when face any issues they will give a good support to solve the issues.

Very high quality sublimation paper. I always use this paper mostly for mug, mouse mat and tote bag printing. One of the best in the market. First I tried this from amazon coralgraph shop, later got it from coralgraph website. Thank you for descent discount codes posted in your facebook page. Printing always vibrant and excellent quality with my Ricoh SG3110DN printer and cityink express sublimation ink. The best thing about this paper is cost. Always good result and helpful seller. I highly recommend to use this product to others as well.

I bought 2 pcs of Steel Top White Sublimation Thermos Flask - (T9) from this company. I am happy with service and reasonable price, highly recommend.

This is my first purchase of ink bottles. I found price is cheaper than elsewhere. Really good quality printing comes out. My Year 2 daughter frequently need to print her worksheets and project related photos in the printer. Quality is always great. £10 with postage. I never thought printout comes good. In fact I was expecting average quality printing from such inks. But found it really nice printing. I will definitely buy more set in the future. Highly recommended to parents who are looking cheaper refill ink instead of buying new set of cartridges.

I have been ordering mug boxes with Coralgraph from past few months. My business is mostly printing on mugs. White mugs, colour mugs & magic mugs are my main interest. Few mugs tried from other supplier, but Rhino coated white mugs from Coralgraph are really top grade. My customer mostly demand to print photograph on the mug. I think Rhino mugs are best for printing photos other high quality logo or graphics as well as normal text.
Coralgraph offer good help and advice for installing software in the computer and setup printer SG400 Mug Printing Starter Package was really good value for money. Thank you so much for all those advise to setup printer and configure CorelDraw ICC profiles.
I would be focusing on different kinds of photo frames in coming months, I can see many choices are available in the website; it would be nice if seller can offer discount for regular customer.

I placed an order for a batch of Rhino mugs and I was delighted with the quality of the majority of them. Unfortunately about 7 in the batch had lumps and marks on them which meant I would lose money on them as I'd have to sell them at a lower price from the rest. I contacted the company before Christmas to let them know and asked what they could do about this when just a few of the mugs were defective. They asked for pictures, which I sent but things like lumps on a glossy white mug are very hard to capture in pictures. That was 21st Dec and I didn't get a response.

I emailed them again on 15th Jan to ask for a follow up and the response was that if I wasn't happy with the quality I could send them back for a refund and suggested that I go to a different supplier if their products weren't to my liking!! Other companies who have received pictures have sent replacement mugs without expecting me to go to the trouble of re-packaging and sending them all back as they have obviously valued my business instead of telling me to go elsewhere. I tried again to explain my position and what was expected from each batch - I asked numerous times if it was normal to have a few mugs with defects so I knew for future reference but this was never responded to. I said I wanted to keep purchasing from them but that I just needed to know what was to be expected and I said I was looking for some small recourse that wasn't going to cause me too much inconvenience such as a partial refund on the defective mugs or a credit on my next order. Nope, they will do no such thing. The Customer Relations agent responded to me by COPYING AND PASTING his last email and adding in one sentence to say they do not offer partial refunds without items being returned. They really don't care about their customers. Instead of considering that the customer has ordered something that they want to be able to use with little trouble, they just expect you to go to the inconvenience of sending back large bulky items yourself without any help from them and then be without the items you've ordered. There are companies that offer way better service than this and actually respond to your emails and are helpful and understanding. Whilst you have to pay a bit more, it's worth it for the better customer service. They told me to use Xpres and so I guess from now on they will be getting my business instead of Coralgraph. I hope they go bust.

EDIT: I have seen the reply from Coralgraph below and it is a dirty LIE!!!! This is the kind of company you would be buying from, who lies to protect their reputation. They did not give me ANY refund or offer me any refund. It happened EXACTLY as I said above. I sent pictures of the faulty items and they ignored my email. I then chased them up again and they said they would only refund items that were sent back to them and they did NOT offer to collect them, they said I had to take them to the post office and I have the emails as proof. I am astounded by this company, first the way they treated me and now claiming they actually gave me a refund!! And when I notified them I was updating my review to reflect that they have lied they try to discredit me by saying I am a difficult customer who has a lot of issues with other companies! I have left 4 bad reviews - there are a LOT of companies that provide bad service and they tend to be these small businesses who don't give a damn, unlike corporations like Amazon who, say what you want about them, provide exceptional customer service. My reviews are there to warn people and not to nitpick. If you choose to believe Coralgraph's lies then you deserve what you get. You CAN please every customer, by BEING fair and decent and admitting when you have done wrong instead of lying that you have been fair and decent! I am a seller myself and I have NEVER had a customer complain about bad service. Why they have singled me out and treated me this way and tried to discredit me I couldn't say, but it is what it is.

Have order some sublimation products, ink and papers.
Item arrived mostly next day, very fast service and good products.
Hope to do more business in the future.

Placed an order 27th December 2018, web site said they was open, it's now 2nd January 2019 still not got my order, very worried as no one has got back to me via email and nobody is answering the phone lines.

Quality ink bottles in very low price.
While doing some google search, I found bulk refill ink bottles for my Epson printer replacement cartridges. Purchased 400ml and which came quicker than expected.
Very nice quality printing. I print some photos in glossy paper and other normal documents. Photos are stunning, very nice.
Would highly recommend.

Value startup packages available to start mug, phone cases, coaster, mousemat or bag printing business. Being a seller in ebay myself I found this company supply blank material in very competive price. Staffs are very helpfull. Got help instanlty when I stock with my flat press.
Many different type of mugs available in one place, also a best choice for printer papers from various brands to different sublimation and transfer purposes.

I have been a customer of Coralgraph since I started printing mugs, magnets, tee shirts, rock slates etc eight years ago and have always had excellent service from them.
Their prices and quality of goods make it possible for me to compete in a varied marketplace.
The shipping fees are nonprofit making to them and the fairness in shipping costs are passed onto their customers.
I would recommend them to anyone thinking of starting up in this business,there are many sharks around and I have been bitten by a few having used most companies-check this company out.
