Flight booking easy but no confirmation email
The flight booking was straightforward, and the price was very reasonable. However, I didn't receive a confirmation email and no flight details were emailed to me when I requested them on the website. I had to raise a feedback form to get the confirmation email sent to me

11 Months and NO PAYMENT - Avoid Corendon
Corendon Airlines owes my family €2,400 for a massive delay in May 2025. They admitted the claim (CXI-2025-2025-49620106218) but are refusing to pay. They ignore legal notices and try to force useless vouchers. Shady business practices. We are now filing a formal complaint with the Belgian National Enforcement Body (FPS Mobility). Shameful service! We will only revise this review upon payment.

Good experience generally with this company though i found entering my date of birth when booking to be quite fiddly and a bit frustrating....I got there in the end :)
I had to call customer service after the booking process and found that to be very good indeed....spoke to a really helpful guy who sorted out my small issue immediately.
I have flown with Corendon before a would highly recommend.

A team that has forgotten how to laugh and communicate.
I had no negative experiences with the flight; the flight attendants were friendly, polite, and helpful. However, in contrast, your check-in staff were incredibly rude and unfriendly. This team, especially those working at Cologne Bonn Airport, are unnecessarily grumpy and impolite. They act as if we're begging for payment for a service they're doing for free. Having experienced this treatment many times before, I avoid booking tickets with you whenever possible. It's very sad that you're wasting such a wonderful airline crew with such a rude airport staff. Believe me, you're losing a lot of passengers because of these people. Some don't even bother to say hello. I hope you'll soon revamp your image with more humane staff so we can happily fly with you again.
