Our flight was delayed by more than 3…
Our flight was delayed by more than 3 hours and our baggage was lost. we are due compensation.
I contacted the airline who stated that we would be compensated for the delayed flight within 12 weeks. It has now been more than 18 weeks, we have not received any compensation and they have stopped replying to my messages.

I was at the travel agency
I was at the travel agency, there they were not very helpfull. My price was very high for the date I selected, but they didn't suggested another date.
That's why I went home and booked everything myself. This went very well, all to my satisfaction.
