Delivery of the Cream teas. Second order over period of months. Not a fan of the ‘scones’ soft and to me and tasteless. A scone should be harder outside and soft inner. Cream and jam very pleasant.

Confusion It's difficult to write this review The gift
was sent to people fsr away. They expressed gratitude, but would they tell the donor if it was awful??? I doubt it. The ordering and delivery were dealt with efficiently.

This is a very easy and convenient way to send a gift. It was delivered when it was meant to be and very gratefully received by my son and daughter-in-law for their 1st wedding anniversary.

Specifically needed a gluten free hamper, I spent some time looking! Was great to find this option on offer. I placed an order and the hamper arrived with my celiac grandparents. They questioned the contents as the ingredients appeared not to be gluten free but I assured them it was... it was not. Despite ordering the gluten free ( I didn't look at any of the others..) I was sent a non gluten free hamper. When emailing to get help, I was told that's what I ordered... the end. So, the most expensive pasties I've ever bought went in the bin.

Bought as a gift for a relative, as we have ordered from this company before and had a positive experience. They loved it. Would certainly recommend. 😊

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Having made a mistake when placing the order, I contacted the customer service team who were very responsive and helpful- they even arranged for a replacement order when the original order didn't arrive (due to my mistake)
My dad loved his present - said it was perfect - and said everything in it was delicious.
Will definitely order again in the future.

What an amazing company. It's not the 1st time I've ordered from them. This time I ordered the Cornish Cheese Tea for my Aunt and Uncle. They had never seen a box like that before. They said the quality of every single item was top notch. It was delivered with care on the specified day. Did not send the product, never received a dispatched email and have not replied to 4 attempts to contact them. Shocking customer service

My order came before estimated time Royal mail delivered with care parcel arrived from Newquay I live in Manchester. Really soft, gorgeous scone although extremely small not much larger than a jaffa cake Enjoyed them. Not sure i would spend so much next time.Waiting for 6 pasties to arrive. I've lived in Newquay so I remember the pasties very well.
