Don't bother unless you want it soaking wet with soaking wet black shredded tissue paper inside and a real mess looking like each component has been thrown in from a distance, shook up & you get responses from so called customer care telling you its never going to arrive looking like it does on the website due to transportation & they pick you up on every little thing you ask regarding packaging ( IE separators inside the box to make sure it arrives in a fit state _ We found Rebecca's tone belittling patronising unhelpful rude unprofessional and unwilling to see any upset from the customers point of view at all. For that reason we have to give the damaged wet through set a one star if that. Let down by an uncaring customer services woman who clearly couldn't care less that her customers are upset about the way it arrives and ADMITS it is '' never going to arrive like it shows on the website '' ! Before they respond - ample photos of the mess and how it arrived were provided on the day of receipt and she was deliberately nit picking what she would and would not refund, It should all be perfect or refunded or a suitable replacement sent. No manners. Buy elsewhere if you want an item looking like the images online., or at the least someone who does not patronise you by telling you how to store cream... The service was worse than the item itself uspettingly

Ordered as a gift, the feedback was The Pasties were absolutely crammed with goodness and the scones were so soft and yummy.

This was gifted to me for my birthday 26 July, it was absolutely gorgeous. The whole package was exceptional, the scones were delicious as were the jams and cream, I sent a Cream Tea to my sister she received it today 23rdAug, I was impressed with the ordering and delivery

Gluten free scones and pasties,
All horrible, inedible, binned,
Scones dence and soggy,
Pasties,pastry rubbery and slimey under the crust ,a pensioner with poor health, really looking forward to a treat ,asked for a refund, only if I send it back , really !!!!

These were gifts. Both delighted with the Cornish Teas. Shall certainly buy again.

This is the first time I've ordered from this company and I can honestly say they are absolutely amazing. I ordered a hamper for my friend's and they was amazed by the pasty sizes and the scones they received. I will definitely be ordering from these again. Great value for money, brilliant communication and fast delivery.

The tea was a present for a dear friend recovering from an operation. Sent through yodel, arrived 8.35 pm two and a half hours past delivery time.
Hot cream, broken scones. Extremely disappointed.
Contacted customer service and was offered twenty percent discount on my next order.
I will never use this company again. The whole surprise gift was ruined.
While this company uses yodel for its delivery the service will only get worse.

Arrived on the day they said it would; for a birthday so it was important. Well presented, and beautifully packaged. Made a simple birthday gift a bit more special.

What a treat! I've ordered cream teas before as gifts, but decided to try the black forest version for my Mum's birthday. We were not disappointed 👏🏼 The tea arrived as requested and the quality was fabulous, pillowy scones, fresh clotted cream and pleasingly tart cherry jam. Will (& already have) definitely recommend!!

A lack of communication once my order was placed. An email to say the label was being printed thats all. Cream tea did not arrive on the date requested, two days late. No email to say it had been delivered. Four scones, two very small jars of jam and one small container of clotted cream! No where near enough if you are eating the scones in two separate halves! Very disappointed with the order.

A lovely surprise, packaged well and most importantly it was delicious. Pasties were generously filled, and the fudge really was nice. Enjoyed it all and would recommend.

Our first order arrived late from Royal Mail and due to the weather the pasties were too warm to be consumed! Not Cornish’s problem obviously. I reached out and asked if I could possibly have a replacement and was told I would receive a response in 48 hours. After 5 days I chased again and received an apology, was told the pasties would be replaced and we agreed on the Friday for delivery.
The pasties arrived on the Thursday with no tracking or notification and once again were left in the sun and inedible!
I messaged Rebecca again to advise and unfortunately this time the response was quite short and we were advised it was our duty to be in for delivery!
I don’t disagree with the above but we had arranged a delivery date for when we would be in!
I replied to Rebecca to advise the same and have received no response.
Very disappointing really as this was a Father’s Day gift.

The packaging for the other bits in the hamper was nice though, as were the relishes and cheese scones.

I won’t use them again due to poor customer service which is a shame really but if your pasties arrive when planned and are edible I’m sure they will be lovely
