After spending a year growing out my hair colour and trying many S & Cs, I have finally found the one that really suits my hair type.

I’ve always used good quality products on my hair and tried many purple/ black products but struggled with my scalp. So I thought I’d try these. Just ordered my next bottles along with the basic shampoo. Unsure how much the purple is helping as I’ve only been using for around three weeks and don’t wash my hair every night but I do think the brassy tones are being slowly kept away. But most importantly my scalp is slowly feeling less dry and irritated. I like the smell but my husband says it’s got a definite seaweed smell!
Well worth a try.

I purchased the purple shampoo and conditioner and the first time I used it, it removed the brassiness from my highlighted hair. This was exactly what I wanted it to do. I'm still using it 2 times a week, as suggested, to keep the brassiness at bay with all the sunshine we've been having. Very happy with both products and they smell just like a luxury spa - gorgeous. I’ve tried many products but NONE have worked, except this amazing purple shampoo & conditioner. It genuinely has worked and both the colour and condition of my dry blonde hair has never been better. Love it 👌

Shampoo & conditioner left my hair soft & healthy. The purple colour definitely toned the brassiness of my sun exposed highlights.

Best purple shampoo and conditioner duo I have tried. From first use my wide tooth hair brush glided through my hair when wet. My hair felt silky when wet rather than knotty. The colour lost the brassiness that the sun brings to my hair. Very pleased. I will definitely order again. The aluminium containers and easy dispenser are excellent.

In big: customer service initially good. Products helped my itchy scalp and reduced shedding but has damaged my hair quality and made it very dry. I have not noticed new hair growth but perhaps too soon. I am not continuing.

Background:
I have had issues with a lot of hair loss, itchy and sore scalp for the last 6 months. I purchased the shampoo and conditioner around 2 months ago, and was given body and face oil for free.

The itchy scalp disappeared almost instantly. I would also say the shedding improved. My hair however never felt clean after shampooing, even after following the advice of washing it twice and rinse well. It felt coated and was very greasy already next day. It made my hair look dull, flat and the worst it ever has.

I reached out about the issue and was adviced to buy the detox shampoo. When I explained I find it quite outrages that I should need to buy another product for the first products to work as they should, they sent me the detox shampoo for free which I appreciated.

The detox shampoo made the hair feel clean but it has dried my hair out completely. I had soft shiny hair before I switched to these products, and now after it is frizzy and completely dry. The feeling after each wash has been similar to when you have to wash your hair with soap or really bad hotel shampoo.

I reached out again about the issues with the detox shampoo and added photos of how it looks but havent heard back.

I believe these products work for some but I am not one of them. I have decided after two months it does more damage than help to my hair and have decided to stop.

Love the products I've bought, love the smells,love the fact they do what they say they're meant to do, and love that everything used is not tested on animals and has natural ingredients. Brilliant quality and very environmentally friendly containers too. And I love the fact it's a small family company. My orders came very quickly also, which I'm always glad about because I can't wait to use them.
I just wish the prices were a bit less. Some things I would love to try a bit beyond my price range .

I was a little bit nervous at first, as I have a sensitive scalp. The shampoo and conditioner make my hair look and feel amazing. I am do glad I chose them. The service was outstanding from the order to delivery.

Over the past years I have used lots of different products including shampoo, conditioner, hair moose and body and facial oils. I particularly like the Renewal bite moisturiser, it suit my skin.

Love these magic products! Turned my wry grey /blonde parched hair in to soft manageable younger looking hair! Use the purple once a week to keep the blonde bright with no purple /blue hue. I would highly recommend

Super-rich shampoo and conditioner that smells amazing. My hair is soft and manageable and there is absolutely no brassiness - I’ve tried many different purple shampoos but this is by far the best. Definitely recommend !

As a new customer I was delighted that these products have left my hair soft, smooth and with no frizz.

I purchased the shampoo/conditioner based on the rave reviews but have been bitterly disappointed. Every time I use them, following instructions on bottles, I lose handfuls of hair, far more than I did when using another well-known brand. My hair feels thinner, it is impossible to style (I know the heat wave doesn't help) and it hangs limply. For the price, I am very disappointed.
