No refund when products didn’t suit!
I really like to support small British companies so I ordered the shampoo and conditioner. Unfortunately it just didn’t suit my hair.( it just sat on top and made my hair more tangled!). I don’t have to wash it more than twice a week so to give it a good go,it took me just over the 60 days ( inc. weekends) but when I informed the company they just asked me to try a bit longer, which I did but they then refused to give me a refund eventhough I explained why I went just over the 60 days. why didn’t they tell me from the offset I couldn’t get a refund instead of advising to give it longer; thus going further over the 60 days refund window. Sorry but this isn’t good customer service. I fully get why there’s a refund window but it’s not clothes where you decide straight away so there needs to be a little flexibility or a longer window for a refund . Disappointed 😞

Oh my God this is the third shampoo and conditioner. I have one for grey hair and silver One nutrition and the latest one was for curly hair. All I can say is wow my hair absolutely loves it my natural colour with natural grey coming through it certainly likes this combination and with the serum as well all I can say is buy give it a go once you start you wish you started it years ago love it thank you guys❤️❤️🤣

New Purple Shampoo is Brilliant
Having admitted I now have more grey than brown I purchased this new purple shampoo thinking I may as well highlight my grey. Even my husband has noticed the grey is more prominent. I have normal to dry hair. Fine and has thinned a little due to the menopause. I usually was my hair 1-2 times weekly. I use the nutrients oil. 3-4 pumps of shampoo. Good wash, rinse and the 2 pumps before rinsing and adding 2 pumps of conditioner. My hair feels really refreshed and clean. Plus it smells nice too.

First time I have purchased from the Cornish seaweed Co I bought the purple shampoo and conditioner I absolutely love the way they leave my hair feeling don't usually use conditioner as it leaves my fine hair flat but this one is different it leaves it feeling and looking great will definitely buy again. Curly hair shampoo and conditioner.
Great communication and speedy deliveries. I am a fairly new customer, having previously tried the seaweed shampoo and conditioner. As I have curly hair I decided to try the new curly hair products. I have found with both products that my hair improves after about 3-4 uses. I have taken into account other people's reviews and found ways in making the shampoo work for me by keep adding water to my scalp to help the product spread. But after the 4 uses the shampoo spreads more easily. The Curly hair shampoo does lather more and I have used less of the product. The conditioner works well and my hair is easy to comb once I've used it. My hair is soft and silky and my curls are defined. The frizz has disappeared. I wash my hair about every 4 days now. I have had lots of compliments on my hair since using the products which I have never had before.

I found this product on social media, it’s from Cornwall which is a place we love, so tried it. The shampoo and conditioner is every bit as good as the reviews said, plus it’s made from natural ingredients.
Highly recommend this to everyone. My hair is so much softer and healthier.

Turned my hair into sludge green straw
I ordered the purple shampoo and conditioner set as I'm transitioning to grey. I was proud of my sparkly grey band of hair. After one use of these products my grey band is now sludge green. The whole of my hair is now like straw. I'm now having to use Olaplex to repair the damage and according to my hairdresser my hair is (now was) in really good condition. I reported this via the website and have had no reply.
I followed up with an email and got a reply to say they have a backlog - yet braggingly said they are doing so well as a business.
3 days later I'm still waiting for a reply. Maybe my review will get them to actually do something and issue a refund as their products are never going near my hair or skin again.
Makes you wonder what is actually in their products......

Our email system is automated and, unfortunately, when you sent a follow-up to your original email, it was treated as a new enquiry and moved to the back of the queue. This is why there was a delay in responding. We normally aim to reply within 48 hours.

We use 100% naturally derived, plant-based ingredients, but we do appreciate that every person's hair can respond differently. Hair can sometimes feel straw-like when first transitioning away from shampoos and conditioners containing silicones. This can happen immediately or after a few washes, as silicones gradually wash away and the true condition of the hair is revealed before the scalp's natural oils, together with the seaweed and herbs infusion, begin supporting healthier-looking hair.
We're also sorry to hear that your hair developed a green tone. That certainly isn't the result we would expect, rest assured that this important feedback is noted and our team will look into it further.

Great product, improvement with first wash, my hair looks thicker and feels softer. Also I don’t seem to need to wash it so often. I was surprised at how well it worked as the shampoo produced hardly any lather, which just goes to show lather is not needed!
