I recently started using other purple shampoos but they dried my hair out even with conditioner. I’m glad I made the change and invested in this product. The colour’s great and my hair feels fab. Also brilliant customer service and quick delivery.

Recommended to try this shampoo and conditioner by a friend as have experienced a dry and itchy scalp since the menopause. Only been using this for 10 days so far but already noticing a difference and I love the fact that the product is natural and smells wonderful.

I have fine hair and since turning 50 I’ve struggled with thinning at both the front and back. My hair was also becoming very knotted, and I’ve spent so much money on products that promised results but delivered nothing.

After a lot of research, I came across your products and decided to give them a try — and what a pleasant surprise. These products work wonders. No tugs, no dryness, and the smell is beautiful.

The shampoo is a little hard to lather, so perhaps I’m not using it quite right, but I’ve already repurchased the full hair bundle because it’s genuinely helping my hair.

I was skeptical about buying as I have bought stuff like this before which made my hair feel sticky and dull however this is the complete opposite. My hair is soft and shines . I am pleasantly surprised . Also I don’t have to wash my hair so often which is great . I am only a few weeks into my purchase so can only comment on how it looks and feels . I’m hoping that it makes my hair thicker and fuller as well . I’m very happy with my purchase with the free scalp oil which I have left in my hair over night prior to washing . Great products I will be buying again .

Brilliant products used for 1week already and the 3 step routine and my hair is smoother and less knotty already so hopefully in a month my hair will be stronger

After spending a year growing out my hair colour and trying many S & Cs, I have finally found the one that really suits my hair type.

I’ve always used good quality products on my hair and tried many purple/ black products but struggled with my scalp. So I thought I’d try these. Just ordered my next bottles along with the basic shampoo. Unsure how much the purple is helping as I’ve only been using for around three weeks and don’t wash my hair every night but I do think the brassy tones are being slowly kept away. But most importantly my scalp is slowly feeling less dry and irritated. I like the smell but my husband says it’s got a definite seaweed smell!
Well worth a try.

I purchased the purple shampoo and conditioner and the first time I used it, it removed the brassiness from my highlighted hair. This was exactly what I wanted it to do. I'm still using it 2 times a week, as suggested, to keep the brassiness at bay with all the sunshine we've been having. Very happy with both products and they smell just like a luxury spa - gorgeous. Shampoo & conditioner left my hair soft & healthy. The purple colour definitely toned the brassiness of my sun exposed highlights.

Best purple shampoo and conditioner duo I have tried. From first use my wide tooth hair brush glided through my hair when wet. My hair felt silky when wet rather than knotty. The colour lost the brassiness that the sun brings to my hair. Very pleased. I will definitely order again. The aluminium containers and easy dispenser are excellent.

In big: customer service initially good. Products helped my itchy scalp and reduced shedding but has damaged my hair quality and made it very dry. I have not noticed new hair growth but perhaps too soon. I am not continuing.

Background:
I have had issues with a lot of hair loss, itchy and sore scalp for the last 6 months. I purchased the shampoo and conditioner around 2 months ago, and was given body and face oil for free.

The itchy scalp disappeared almost instantly. I would also say the shedding improved. My hair however never felt clean after shampooing, even after following the advice of washing it twice and rinse well. It felt coated and was very greasy already next day. It made my hair look dull, flat and the worst it ever has.

I reached out about the issue and was adviced to buy the detox shampoo. When I explained I find it quite outrages that I should need to buy another product for the first products to work as they should, they sent me the detox shampoo for free which I appreciated.

The detox shampoo made the hair feel clean but it has dried my hair out completely. I had soft shiny hair before I switched to these products, and now after it is frizzy and completely dry. The feeling after each wash has been similar to when you have to wash your hair with soap or really bad hotel shampoo.

I reached out again about the issues with the detox shampoo and added photos of how it looks but havent heard back.

I believe these products work for some but I am not one of them. I have decided after two months it does more damage than help to my hair and have decided to stop.

Love the products I've bought, love the smells,love the fact they do what they say they're meant to do, and love that everything used is not tested on animals and has natural ingredients. Brilliant quality and very environmentally friendly containers too. And I love the fact it's a small family company. My orders came very quickly also, which I'm always glad about because I can't wait to use them.
I just wish the prices were a bit less. Some things I would love to try a bit beyond my price range .

I was a little bit nervous at first, as I have a sensitive scalp. The shampoo and conditioner make my hair look and feel amazing. I am do glad I chose them. The service was outstanding from the order to delivery.
