Responsive service with pragmatic solution. Having left my Endless pool empty for 6 weeks while abroad, I found it leaked a refilling. I phoned Nigel on Monday morning & on Tuesday Oliver & George arrived, identified the problem - the liner had stretched away from the underwater light fittings - the ‘make do’ remedy was an 8mm thick x 30mm plastic washer around each light to cover the oval hole in the liner, plus a neoprene gasket. The plastic supplied by a local plastics company from their scrap heap!

We spoke to 2 dealers for our hot tub (Jacuzzi). Cornwall Pools We’re the most helpful and did us a good offer including installation and all accessories. The other dealer we phoned more local to us wanted to charge for all extras and weren’t as helpful. Everything was taken care of. Advice, installation which went smoothly. And they were based in another country. I highly recommend them for your next purchase.

Great service from David and the team. Having been caught out with poor service on a previous purchase elsewhere it was nice to have unbiased advice on which tub would suit us best for our rental property. From point of order to commissioning on site it was a smooth and professional operation. Great product, great service, would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Nigel and the team. I booked a service appointment for two weeks time as they were so busy. Geoff the engineer turn up on Saturday morning two weeks early and found the solution to my troubles. All sorted within an hour.
The troubles were down to me and not the equipment, which is over four years old.
