The fact they haven't responded to a single review good or bad shows how much this company cares but I guess if you have a near monopoly you don't have to.
Went in to buy a sponge to wash my baby no luck but at least the assistant was able to give me the insight of 'you would think that would be something we would stock'
Not my first run in with this dump and today was the standard loads waiting for prescriptions while staff didn't seem to know what they were selling ( I particularly enjoyed the girl who couldn't be bothered to take her coat off and seemed confused by over the counter cough mixture options ) but as its the only chemist in walking distance I look forward to my next bad experience.

I was fitted in by a very kind assistant very quickly to have my ears syringed the relief afterwards was amazing so very grateful to Jemma at chadsmoor chemist fab job done thankyou so much

Firstly the cleanliness and order of the shop. Shelves well stocked and all items in relevant order.
Secondly the staff are friendly but highly professional.
I had my covid vaccine and the lady administering was thorough, professional but very friendly and interested.

Fantastic service not only from the Chemist but also the Dr's ordered a repeat prescription and within 2hrs I have a txt to say its ready for collection.

Allways polite and professional.

Nearly every time I visit this "pharmacy" there is always problems; medications out of stock, can't find prescription, prescription hasn't been checked off yet all leading to anger and frustration. Cornwells Beaconside took over from a gentleman who ran the pharmacy with the help of a lady who served at the counter. There was never any problems, never had any meds out of stock and waiting times were minimal. How could one pharmacist and one server succeed when you have numerous pharmacists and servers make a pigs ear of thing's? Pure mismanagement that's how. I'm so glad they're not involved in air traffic control.

Great help again with an appointment and health/wellbeing checks for us as a family-Jo was amazing so professional and friendly giving advice to my partner.

My carer phoned them she was told they would arrive today she even said that she would collect them if needing to but was assured they were been delivered
Again let down none came now they closed and we are going away without them which is very difficult as we expected them to arrive it's a pretty sad company which I will never use again I will get my Dr to send repeats to a different chemist if possible they will never improve on nothing always the same every month missing parts of medication some of which are very much needed

Stafford, Hlmcroft road.Disappointed with the outside dispenser that has been out of order for at least 8 weeks. I chose this chemist and this service to be able to use out of hours and avoid queues. If not resolved for my next prescription, I will move on. Assistants are always able and helpful.
I had a call from this chemist 26 April 24 saying the issues have been resolved and my next prescription will be from the outside dispenser as it is up and running again.
22 May 24 picked up my prescription from the dispenser using the code texted to me so all as should be 😊
19 June 24. My prescription was approved on 10th of June
. As I had not heard from the chemist I had to queue up to be told it was not ready and can I wait along with others who were waiting. He then wrote my name or prescription number on a bit of paper and was about to add them to the others that were waiting. I told him that I was not waiting and want my prescription to be added to the dispenser and to text me as arranged ( see above ) when it is ready. As I don't want to be queuing up again to be told, it's not ready. He was polite at all times as was I. The scrap of paper is laughable, especially if they were to run out!

Evertime I go to collect prescription ordered at least 5 days prior I have had to wait at least 30 minutes whist bagged up. Seems they only do it when you get there. At least a dozen waiting for theirs today and all moaning it's always the same! Not good.

I had to leave the country to visit a dying relative, I ordered an extra 4 days tablets as I would run out of my blister packs whilst away in February 2023
I called into the chemist to remind them, in March, I called 4 days prior to remind them again, on the eve of flying the gave me 15 boxes of tablets to take away with me. as I had already packed and had no space, I could not take them. I could not take out 4 days as any tablet needs to be boxed. been let down big style. I had to pay £150.00 to see a doctor and get tablets to keep me supplied. Cornwells miss management cost me dearly!!

Deeply disappointed when I called in today for the first time at the new Wolstanton branch.Three staff, one having a conversation with a customer (allegedly advising her).The second trying to fix a printer and the third dispensing medicines. After standing their for five minutes and not being acknowledged I walked out: I will not be returning.

Just had my Covid top up jab. Took 2 minutes to book on line. Arrived at 12:10, answered questions at check-in, had the injection, then had my blood pressure checked and was out by 12:20 !! Fab service

Another prescription chaos at Holmcroft Chemist!

Well took it in Friday, I knew they wouldn't have it all so I was told to return Tuesday and still have to return to get the complete prescription.

Unbelievably slow, little in the way of manners with some staff and uniforms that basically don't fit so giving an impression of poor work attitude. This will be the last time I visit.

Excellent staff, excellent service, etc. Great with repeat prescriptions, you even get a text message when anything is ready to collect.

This Pharmacy at Holmcroft Stafford is in dire need of an organised manager. Last four visits (two because of insufficient stock to fulfil prescription) have resulted in 30min + wait each time. They have plenty of staff but most of them are running around like headless chickens tripping over the many crates of drugs all over the floor or being unable to locate a prescription which can be stored in multiple locations within the store. All this taking taking place whilst customers are ignored. Clearly a new manager is required and an additional pharmacist. I am now voting with my feet.
