Like many on here I am still at home waiting for the results on the day 2 test. Terrible service!!
Wish I had seen the reviews before spending money with this company

I sent my test off on the 31st ,a 2 Day pcr so I can return to work , I’ve still had no results , I’ve been on the app and all is there about me and test ,but it’s just saying awaiting delivery . I was reassured that they work over the weekend and bank holidays , not a good service do not use this company.

Ordered 2 fit to fly PCR tests and sent them off 72hours before - flight has come and gone and still showing as not delivered to the lab. Do not buy - they will not refund as they claim that they take no responsibility for the postal service. As someone else said, they should not be selling this product is they cannot deliver the service; they should use couriers with an express service or something similar.

Appalling

Bought day 2 & 8 PCR tests with them when travelling to Scotland for Christmas - the kits did arrive on time, instructions were clear and the app was easy to use. Downside was that I only got day 2 result on day 7 - so if you need quick results do not buy from them. Customer service also is horrible, took them ages to reply to my e-mail. Overall, I don't plan to use their services on my next trip, just bought with them cause it was the cheapest I found.

I do not recommend! I advise against buying a test in this company! I have been waiting for the test result for 10 days and I still do not have the result!!!! This is not normal! do not use their services!!!

I would give zero points if I could. We have been waiting four and a half days for our Day 2 PCR Test results but they still haven't even arrived at the lab. Coronafocus appear to have sold more tests than they are able to process. My husband and I are both teachers. My daughter is in education. We need the results to return to school.

Absolutely awful company. Totally clueless and only in it for the money. Can’t wait for the testing to all finish and see their revenue streams disappear.
They have had my day 2 return to U.K. test for 4 days now with no result still. In Thailand for instance it takes 8 hours.
Don’t waste your money here with these people there are good companies out there - certainly not this one.

Day 2 Kit arrived and instructions clear. Returned on 29th; has been received but no result as yet. All my family used other providers and had their results either same day (by visiting facility on return) or sending off within 24 hours. Makes a mockery of the pax locator form - if I have to travel again, I won't be using this company - pay a bit more and get a decent service otherwise you are likely to miss a flight or get stuck at home.... certainly not value for money.

Swapped on the 29.12, arrived at the lab on the 30.12 and result received on the 01.01. I know that many people had problems with this company but if we are in this situation and you are a Tory voter, you don’t have to blame anyone but yourself. Happy new year! 😊

Don't touch with a barge pole. Presently booking another paid PCR test as we are key workers and 70+ hours after we sent them off tests are still not showing as having arrived at the lab.

ZERO STARS. Worst service ever!!! 4 days after I posted the tests and they are still not even booked in. At this rate I will happily finish my 10 days quarantine before I will get any results at all. Worried about the children not being so able to go back to school in January!

done the pcr day 2 test but never get back the result. stuck in quarantine during New Year....never use this company anymore, never fulfil their promise, no reply from customer service

Arrived back in UK on the 27th Dec did PCR as soon as we got home still waiting for results. As a last resort went to NHS walk-in on the 30th had a PCR test at 10 am results back at 10 am 31st Don’t use this company it’s a waste of your £45.

Do not use this service. We are still waiting for our results after 5 days. This company should not be allowed to operate.

Horrendous.

Myself and 2 others were supposed to fly to Thailand. No results back so lost over £2000 in flights & accom.

Company refuse a refund and claim it’s our fault that they were unable to provide the service they advertise.

Criminal.

Absolute rubbish. I sent the tests 8 days ago and have not heard anything, I am flying out today without knowing the results...

Only because I can’t leave zero stars. We posted day2 PCR swabs on 24th. We were expecting a few days delay due to Xmas but it’s now the 31st- the app says they still not been received. The ironic thing is if the tests were positive we would now be able to stop isolating with a negative lateral flow- complete waste of money . Tried to contact company but just get a generic email back. Don’t use this company
