Another Tory mates money making exercise. Do not use as won’t get your day 2 results back! Arrived in UK on 23rd did test and posted back on 24th and it’s now the evening of the 28th and sat at airport waiting for return flight and never had our results back!!

I ordered a Fit-to-fly PCR test, which you can only take a maximum of 72 hours before travel, but it took 92 hours from the time of posting (10am) to be completed. It is therefore NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and I needed to get another, more expensive in-person test in order to travel.
I appreciate that there are postal delays over the Christmas period but Oncologica/Coronafocus are more than happy to take your money and blame others for their inability to provide the service that they are selling, even though the postal delays were only part of the problem - even if it had been delivered on time, the slow processing after delivery would still have meant I didn't get the result in time. If the business model doesn't work then they should be charging more and using a faster courier service and hiring more staff. Without this, it is a product that can never do what it claims and is a scam and it certainly should not be listed as a trusted supplier on the government website. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Stay away from Coronafocus Oncologica. I needed a PCR test for travel to complete the Locator Form. They took the money (got an email receipt) but no Locator Form Code; Chased through the helpdesk contact via email since no one answered the phone. The Locator Form code was provided once I was in the air. They have formally refused to refund even I can prove that they did not provide the code in time for travel.

I thought this was a decent company when I purchased fit to fly test from them only to find out that they are incompetent amateurs who are only after money but fails to provide the service they have taken the money for !! Few hours before my flight when my test result hasn’t come back “ the sample was dropped 72 hours earlier “ I contacted the customer service and they told me there is no guarantee that your results will be out before your departure and that it would be best if I book an urgent PCR which I did and cost me loads of stress and money ( £200) . Avoid this company that shouldn’t be allowed to trade with this level of incompetence!

Used them as we were travelling back Boxing Day and then 2 bank holidays so didn’t want any company that was using the postal system. Called in at the lab just off the M11 south of Cambridge on our way home from Eurotunnel. Picked up our pre-ordered kits, did swabs in the car and handed them back at 2245, got our negative results at 0730 the following morning. Used their online chat system several times as we ordered just after the change in rules, so they were just updating to the new regulations. Lovely staff to deal with every time. We also did our lateral flows from them as well with certificate issued within 2 hours. The pdf you get is password protected but a screenshot for Eurotunnel was manually accepted by staff before travel so no problems there. Easy to upload lateral flow pictures to website/app and you create an account after your first order so you can save personal details in there. Works well for family or corporate situations. Thank you so much, very happy customers!

Did my PCR test on the 22nd and I have still not received my results back yet.

Just another government approved failure, atrocious service! Where are my results!? Just a complete rip off!!! I want my money back!!!!

Stupidly we used, mistakenly, this company for a second time. The first time they not only let us down they cost us almost £200 to get tests done elsewhere before we could fly - after they had let us down by not supplying results of our tests. This time it was even worse. We did our tests as soon as we arrived in the UK on the 20th. It's now the 26th and we have still not had our results. This is especially bad as we have had to isolate for not only 2 days but 6 days. Worse still I have been unable to get out to do Christmas shopping and as a result my children had nothing to open on Christmas morning. Nor could we spend Christmas with our family. This is TOTALLY due to the mismanagement of our tests by Corona Focus. Whose customer care is non existent and sadly lacking in every way. Having spoken to them they apologised but said they only 'ATTEMPT' to get results through in time. Well they didn't try hard enough and failed me, my children and my family miserably. Inefficient, unprofessional and a service that fails - frequently. If they cannot provide a simple 2 day service why do they advertise it and why do they accept your tests, when they clearly are unable to do so. RUBBISH!!!!

DON'T CHOOSE THEM IF YOU NEED THE TEST FOR TRAVEL. Extreme delay in the service. False advertising and refusing refund.

It’s been a week and I’m still waiting on PCR results. Do not use.

If they hurry i may get my results before my 10 day isolation ends, 8 days since my test and still waiting, poor service they effectively stole 45 pounds and all from a government recommended company, makes me wonder if there is a connection .

Very dodgy supplier. On the gov list for re-entry to UK, but terrible service. Test done 19/12, still not received my results 7 days after return from trip. Absolute amateurs. AVOID.

Thanks for ruining my Christmas. Tests posted Monday, received yesterday according to the website, still not actioned. Crooks, absolute crooks. No other words to describe it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do not deliver on their promises , generic responses and on day 6 (kit logged 2 days ago )… still no result. Really don’t know how they are allowed to trade. People only self isolate 7 days with confirmed covid. This company are taking peoples money fraudulently!

Diabolical - do trust these people!
We sent two 2 day tests off on Monday. The one sent via drop and collect for an Irish company returned the results the next day.
It is Friday and Corona Focus still have no processed the one they received yesterday. Obviously the post played a part in the delay, but it is still unacceptable.

"Day 2 Test" for £45. I'm now on day 5 and still no result and it's Christmas Eve. Thank you for your false advertising and taking my money, and potentially ruining Christmas because of your inefficiency. I am recommending the UK Gov de-list you from their site. My advice for anyone needing a day 2 is to find an alternative to this useless outfit.

Do not use this company. They continued to sell the tests despite missing their service levels for some time. Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered and I’m now having to continue to self-isolate over Christmas as my test is still ‘processing’. Their complaints process is ineffective as the first couple of responses appear to be automated. After complaining 3 times, my test did move to processing (as I knew it had been signed for, and it initially failed to appear on their system) and there it sits. I was told yesterday afternoon that ‘I should not have too much longer to wait’. I do not recommend!!!!

I would like to give 0 stars. I have been waiting 4 days for my day 2 test and it’s still not arrived. On calling the company I was told that as I’d agreed to the terms and conditions they were under no obligation to deliver tests on a certain date. What a shambles and I wonder how many people have had their Christmas ruined by this terribly inefficient company. Give this company a very wide berth.

If there is a zero star or even minus , I would give it to this scam testing website which is good at taking your money but is not delivering your test results!
My sister came to visit me and purchased day 2 and per departure fit to fly PCR kits and paid £90 for that , my sister never got her day 2 test results and one day before her departure when the fit to fly and the test result didn’t arrive, we contacted the customer service and were were shocked at how those people are unbelievably rude and unprofessional! One lady who is a shame to be a customer service representative was shouting at my sister on the phone,( I hope there is a recording of that ,so if there is a decent management to check that out) and we were told that the test results are not guaranteed to be released before her departure although the sample was dropped 72 hours ago and we were told to have plan B and to book urgent PCR which cost my sister additional £129 . And when we asked about the refund policy, they advised that even if you don’t get your results, no refund would be issued!!! Horrible customer service and a scam which are completely after money but fails to deliver the service you paid for!!

5 days and still waiting for results. They habs finally confirmed that they have received the test. They state that they do not take responsibility for the delivery of the test but they have chosen the delivery method they have so they should be taking responsibility. Terrible service
