Kalena was very understanding and explained the process thoroughly. Even when explaining there was funds that could not be returned she did it in a kind way.

Thanks to CCS

What impressed me most about them was their communication. They kept me updated every step of the way, which made the process stress-free.

Happy with Corporate Client Services

Entering into any agreement, especially after dealing with the individuals in the MCA industry, was a bit challenging. Just want to say thank you to Todd and everyone at Corporate Client Services for all you have seamlessly done to complete my MCA nightmare. You all did as you promised, took my worry away and over a bit of time, negotiated settlements as you said you would. Thank you for a great process with outstanding results.

Would not recommend.

We are a newer business, and unfortunately, we made the mistake of entering into a purchase of receivables agreement with a 40% interest rate. Then we were contacted by Corporate Client Services (CCS) about potentially lowering the amount owed. Initially, we were skeptical.

The person I spoke with at CCS was very convincing. They assured me that "they never miss their mark," and mentioned they had been working with the company for 15 years. They promised they could save us around $15,000 and even said that if they didn’t meet that target, they would cover the difference. We were shocked by this offer and asked the salesperson to repeat it, which they did.

Looking back, I admit I was naive. We agreed to proceed. The salesperson went over the contract with me on the phone, assuring me it was standard and nothing to worry about. They said I could either read it carefully or sign right away to get started. Since I’m not a lawyer, I trusted them and signed the agreement.

CCS advised us to change our merchant services, which we did, and a UCC was filed against us, which they had mentioned would happen.

At first, things seemed to go well. CCS stayed in constant contact and kept us informed about the process. But halfway through, we received a call from the lawyer handling our case, who made it sound like the outcome wouldn’t be favorable for us. We got nervous and we tried to reach our negotiator for clarification. However, it was difficult to get in touch with her. When she finally called back, she was rude and dismissive, saying she was doing the best she could. She told me it wasn’t customary to update clients on every detail, and then implied they probably wouldn’t hit the agreed-upon settlement and that we’d need to pay more.

In the end, we received an email stating we would have to pay an additional $7,000 over the original amount. While we’re saving around $6,000, the process has been exhausting. Over the past nine months, we’ve faced challenges like changing merchant services, customer complaints about payment difficulties, and more work on my end.

We feel taken advantage of. The salesperson said anything to close the deal, and after that, the negotiator and account manager were unhelpful, short with answers, and dismissive of our concerns.
We've learned our lesson and will never go through this again. I cannot recommend CCS based on our experience.

I worked with Anna Jones and Ken Ebner and they were awesome! Anna kept me informed frequently and was always there to answer any questions I had. Ken negotiated fair settlements for me and made the settlement process very easy. They were both prompt in responding to me whenever I contacted them.

The customer service was very poor

The customer service was very poor. It was hard to get a hold of my Account Manager the majority of the time. Wouldn't return calls, I had to call several times and leaves message before I would get a call back, I tried email as well, very very slow response. I did get one of my accounts settled but the response time with several representatives have been terrible as of recent. I have been trying to get an issue resolved for a few weeks, when I was finally able to speak to someone, I was told the amount they would send me back in escrow, now I can't get through to anyone to give me an update. It is hard to put a date on when this happened because it has been going on for a few weeks.

At the end of the process before getting out of this program..Margaret gets 5 stars. Nick did good on calling me sometimes..other times I would call him and have to wait a few days for him to contact me back. I took it upon myself to call one of the lenders and got the terms taken care of myself. All in all the experience made me a nervous wreck the entire time. Margaret talked me off the ledge with her negotiating strategies at the end!
