I bought a very expensive costume and was extremely satisfied with the overall quality. Finished down to the smallest detail! I only had one problem with the shoes that came with the costume, but after speaking with customer care, we were able to find a solution.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Not only did the costume not arrive on time, despite me paying £20 for delivery within a shorter timeframe. When it finally did arrive, the mask was completely shattered.
Multiple attempts to reach the company to start a return and get a refund have gone unanswered. I DO NOT recommend this site.

Not delivered on time and item basically non refundable based on their judgement, not based on your satisfaction, not value of money for such services.

Purchased a cosplay from them and ordered a size medium which was my correct size according to the size chart listed for the cosplay and it was listed in US sizing. However, when I received it it was clearly made in Asian sizing and was far too small to fit a grown adult woman. This dress is sized more so for a child. The chest was supposed to fit between 36-37.5 inches and the waist between 28-30 inches. The dress I received has a 26 inch bust and 24 inch waist. When I contacted Cosfun about their mistake in listing the wrong size chart on the dress they tried to pin the error on me and said there was no error on their website or with the dress sizing and implied I ordered the wrong size which is completely untrue. They refused to refund me and instead advised me to pay for shipping to return the costume which would be more than the costume was even worth or to return it and then pay for shipping again. Absolutely terrible company to work with as they won’t own up to their own mistakes.

I ordered a jacket. I was in the hospital when it should have arrived. I was not notified (which was the fault of the delivery company but still)
The delivery company said, that the package would get shipped back to the sender and when I asked cosfun support, they said that the parcel would get destroyed. Which is soooo wasteful and the person who ordered ends up losing soo much money without getting the product.
Why on earth yould they just DESTROY the NEW jacket someone ordered?!?!?!

I got the SilverWolf Costume B and the wig of her and I was honestly surprised when it arrived. The quality of the costume and the wig was amazing. There are many many details on the clothing and the material doesn’t feel cheap at all! The wig is extremely easy to style, the fibers are soft and the colors are perfect! I will definitely buy from them again, this will be my new go to shop for high quality cosplays!

I have the Lyney AA and the Arlecchino AA and both are incredibly good quality! I specifically like the fabric choices and the embroidery for both cosplays along with the metal and 3D printed pieces that are apart of it. There were imperfections and issues with some of these pieces but I easily fixed them with little to no effort! Overall, my experience with cosfun has been awesome and honestly the quality of their AA cosplays is amazing!! The shipping is also quite speedy so its perfect for a last minute con cosplay😤

I recently received the twill outfit from Barbie The Movie, and I must say it is exceptionally well-crafted and stays true to the original. I particularly admire the fact that the stitching is so precise and the top features a lighter shade compared to the rest of the dress, just like the one Barbie wears in the film. The jacket boasts a lining, hidden shoulder pads, and concealed buttons. The included earrings are beautiful and can be worn even by those without pierced ears. I am genuinely thrilled with this cosplay and wholeheartedly recommend this dress!

I got the cosplay very quickly. The costume was as described and very pretty I enjoyed wearing it.

The cosplay I ordered had way better quality than I expected, amazing customer service with clear answer and fast reply time.

The customer service is great, the shipping was detailed and fast! I got my cosplay within 2 weeks. Nothing was broken or wrong, everything fits and the quality is stunning. I can definitely recommend the cosplays!

I purchased a top that I saw on Pinterest. What I received only vaguely resembles that picture. In addition it does not contain a fabric content and laundering label as required to be sold in California. This is fraud.

Good quality for the price! the armor and accessories need work but honestly impressed on how perfect and thick the material and fabrics are which are really the hardest thing to do/sew. I always fix props and accessories anyways and it was cheap so I am really impressed

Cosfun is that kind of brand that cares a lot about the product and about the customer. My last experience was with Aqua costume on march, they helped me picking the size with my measures and all the costumes i get from them (Lucy, Kokomi, Yelan...) were simply PERFECT. Made in the best way, with strong seams, easy to wear and plenty of accesories! I also like the printed parts in some of the costumes cause they are veeery accurate on color and design.
The shipping was so fast and they give you the shipping code from the first mail! It's a pleasure counting with them!

I ordered a pair of shoes from them around a bit before mid January. So far on the “shop” app that I’ve been using to track the order, it’s been updated as “shipped” for weeks now. I would check the shipping number however no number was given. I tried emailing them about this issue but I got a poorly written response telling me to wait for another email. I have yet to receive that next email. The website told me to wait about 20 business days for the default shipping however I feel as if it’s been many more business days than that by now.

Same as others, my order arrived later than expected. They charged me more than what they said on the check out page and confirmation email. I guess it was the extra shopping fee? They never indicate in the email. When I finally received my order, I found out the sweater (not custom made) is defective on the front. I emailed them and they only offer $7 for the defective part, not letting me exchange or have a refund. The worse shopping experience. Do not recommend!
