Excellent service and delivery well in the time specified. Tried it for a barbq last night cooked food brilliantly. OH is cooking Sunday lunch on it today, trying brisket long and slow. If all goes well I may never have to cook again on a Sunday. But all in all an amazing product and would recommend to anyone and the quality is really good.

Delivery was on time, next working day.
The BBQ was easy to assemble, took me 2 1/2 hours on my own. The instructions were generally good, there were a couple of places where they could be clearer, such as routing and attaching the gas pipe to the side burner.
The BBQ works well and is very easy to use.

Great value Charcoal BBQ
I bought the Ignis Smoker Charcoal Barbecue & cover. Great communications, fast delivery (of the BBQ), well packaged. Assembly instructions are very good. The unit went together really well, is a generous size & pretty substantial. Hopefully this unit will last well - the steel isn't a solid as on my old Weber MasterTouch but the paint finish is good. I had a query re the cover which Louis dealt with promptly - thanks!

I would not recommend this bbq
I would not recommend this bbq. I purchased it in summer 2025 due to the attractive price. However, let me tell you - you get what you pay for - it is cheap.
- The grill slates are too far apart, food falls through.
- It has a habit of grease catching fire flaring up.
- One of the burners no longer ignites.
- The cover is shocking, I uncovered for the first time today to discover that it’s covered in mould!
Honestly, save the hassle I’ve had and purchase elsewhere.
I am disappointed.
