The patio furniture was delivered very quickly and I may have used one of the bolts incorrectly and customer service was very helpful and sent out replacements right away. Such a good price for pretty good quality furniture. It does take some time to assemble, but very worth it.

I have no complaints with Costway. I purchased a pool vacuum robot and it is exactly as described and works great. My complaint is with the shipping company. They misrouted my order and it took more than a week for them to realize and correct the issue. What was supposed to be 2 day shipping turned into 2 weeks.
