They accidentally sent me a wrong…
They accidentally sent me a wrong inside unit and quickly rectified the problem I have gotten many mini splits from them and only one has failed and they gave me a total refund for the unit I am well satisfied with there mini split products, like all internet dealers it takes a few days of communication but they do deliver

Site is easy to use, delivery was fairly quick, the footrest on the outdoor recliner barely comes up which is a bummer.
