the speed with which my order was dispatched was great, meaning my product got to me very quickly, and the quality of the product was just as you'd expect from Cosyfeet. The product was actually for my mother and she is delighted with it, you may pay more for their products, but as the saying goes 'you get what you pay for' and with Cosyfeet, that is definitely quality made to a high standard.

Easy to order online. VAT exemption form supplied and clear instructions for ordering including extension straps. Fast standard delivery. I had to return my first order as too small. Free returns and fast refund. Second order was quick. Footwear replacement was fast and fitted perfectly.

I ordered slippers and received them promptly, unfortunately they didn't fit so I sent them back, and am now awaiting for an email to say that they are dealing with it. The slippers were well made.

Haven't yet tried on items as Christmas Present for my husband who has problems with his hips thus has swollen feet.

Delighted with my purchase for my partner who has oedema. Quick delivery and well packaged. This is my second pair of shoes from Cosyfeet.

First, I would like to acknowledge that Cosyfeet does have a very generous returns policy. I bought a pair of trainers two months ago and although they felt comfortable in the shop, when I wore them on the pavement outside a few days later it was clear that the sole was not as thick or strong as it appeared and I could feel every bit of the pavement as I walked. Nevertheless, Cosyfeet gave me a full refund and I bought a different pair which again looked as if they had thick, shock-absorbent soles like any other trainer. However, yet again, I have found that these trainers have very thin soles and are not like normal trainers at all. They are very thin and I can feel the pavement. On days when my feet are less swollen I can get my normal trainers on and I noticed how the soles are much thicker. It is very exasperating as they are not cheap. Getting a refund is not really the solution. I simply want a pair of trainers that have the type of support and impact absorption that normal trainers have but just made for wide feet. Why can't Cosyfeet do that?

I was told about this Company by my chiropodist. He said I needed wider fitting shoes and offered full support and good foundations.
I was surprised how modern a lot of the choices were and I now have general shoes, slippers and trainers.
Delivery was quick and quality is excellent. Returns policy also good (I ordered a few for choice).
I will purchase from them again.

I love Cosyfeet. I've used them a few times now & always had a great experience. It's great to be able to buy footwear that doesn't squeeze pinch cause blisters, & generally make ur feet sore. Their website is really easy to navigate, & there are loads of products available. Orders always arrive in good time & in great condition. Even when my feet are swollen I can still wear the their footwear & feel comfortable. I'd recommend giving them a look, & try for yourself.
