Disappointed
I was excited about product, but I am disappointed with the design. There’s no easy way of keeping the neck of the cover dry when emptying the hot water bottle. I was expecting the cover to have some way of removing the hot water bottle for washing or when the hot water bottle needs replacing. For the price of the product I’m not happy that these things haven’t been considered in the design of the cover.

Hi Samantha, I am very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the design, I hope at least the bottle and cover are keeping you warm and cosy.
Regarding the design we tested various options and in the end decided to go for a roll neck design so that all the rubber bottle is covered and insulated, meaning a nicer feeling and no lost warmth.
This does mean removing the bottle can require a little bit more effort so please find a link below to a post I just created on how to empty and remove and replace the cover, with videos

Sustainable product and excellent customer service
Since the day I got this hot water bottle I am using it every single day. I have a 2L one and it stays warm all night, I don’t think I could live without this in winter. The cover is so soft and the actual water bottle part is made of natural rubber which is really sturdy. Plus they have lots of sustainable commitment which I really appreciate. Also they have an excellent customer service! They’re really friendly and accommodating, I lost the stopper for the water bottle and they sent one right away. Cosypanda is such a great brand I am recommending it to all my friends now. If I ever need a new hot water bottle I will definitely purchase it from Cosypanda.
