It is very rare that I am able to give 5 stars nowadays as customer service is not what it used to be. However from my initial enquiry to actually receiving my camera the service was “picture perfect”.
I asked the company a lot of questions about where the camera was coming from and what I would receive and they answered each one honestly and openly. From paying for my goods to receiving the camera was less than ten days and the camera arrived very well packaged and the contents were very safely ensconced inside.
The camera a Nikon P950 was received brand new in an unopened box in absolute perfect condition with all the accessories documented on the box.
If you are looking for a new or second hand camera or other equipment then please believe me when I say this company makes you feel valued, makes your purchase matter and provides the best customer service I’ve had for a long time.

I recently purchased a Sony 70-200mm GM II zoom lens. Ordered on a Monday morning and it arrived 7 days later! Well within their 7-14 day timescales mentioned on site. I had been cautious over recent years on buying a grey import lens, but after reading the excellent reviews on Trust Pilot, I decided to go for it. A great company, very friendly and helpful. I had quite a few questions as new to the site and to being back into photography, all answered and helped me decide my choice of camera and lens which by buying from Cotswolds Cameras saved me hundreds of pounds! The gear is brand new and fantastic. I asked not to send my purchases out until I had returned from holiday which they did and the process worked seamlessly. Highly recommended company.

The detail in the description of the product convinced me it would work to adapt my Nikon F mount lens to the new Z 8 Nikon I had just bought. The product arrived ahead of time which was just in time for a holiday in Canada and the adapter works flawlessly. It was clearly brand new as stated, better performance than I expected. The outer box looked pristine when it arrived so credit to the couriers but I think it could have withstood anything short of a direct hit with a cruise missile 😂

Excellent lens and great communication. The price for the lens is amongst lowest in the UK - and the team at Cotswold Camera were very responsive. Lens arrived within ten days and was perfectly packaged and delivered. Looking forward to using it across Central Asia as part of a documentary photography project. Highly recommended

easy to order, great price. only minor issue was notification of dispatch which didn’t allow me to rearrange delivery date due to holiday and may have meant package being left on door step whilst away. maybe an email a day or two before dispatch with option to change date would have helped. fortunately it arrived on day we were due to leave. very happy with the product.

Their communication on delivery dates was very good and when I asked if they could hold delivery until I was home they were very accommodating, avoiding issues I may have had if I had not been in to take the delivery.

The quality of the lenses was as expected - excellent!

Wanted to by a new camera (D850) and they are consistently cheaper but had never used them before - but they answered all my questions promptly, explained how they work and I placed the order. Delivery was within the estimated timeframe and the camera was perfect, fully boxed, brand new and still in sealed component bags with. Perfect service and huge saving
