I've used Cotswold Cameras now for about 3 years, their prices are amazing, delivery usually takes about 7 days. They operate a loyalty scheme which is great has saved me even more money on brand new camera kit. Highly recommended 😊👍

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE . Don’t be frightened of the “grey” import fiasco.
I bought a D850 in March 2024 for just over £1500 compared to the UK market price, massive saving for me. All genuinely boxed and sealed in Nikon attire.
Last year April 2025 bought a Nikon 500pf5.6 again outstanding value. Both orders were delivered in a timely scale as advertised. 3 year warranty is given but you can increase this to 5 years when you order your gear.
Had a couple of issues and David was right on it responding to my e-mails, sorting the solution and advice given to rectify. Brilliant service at the top end of scoring points.

This is the second time I have bought camera equipment from this company. Hugely competitive prices and although the items are imports Cotswold Cameras guarantee goods for three years so I am very confident in buying from them. My lens was delivered just over a week after ordering it. Recommend.

What a fantastic service I have received from Cotwold Cameras. Incredibly good price - I had to check the reviews of the company before I could believe it! Really fantastic value compared the competitors. I emailed the company and got incredible support getting the camera to us in time for my daughters’ birthday. UPS seem to be super-efficient too compared to pretty dismal service from other couriers – so all in all a VERY happy customer – and my daughter is absolutely thrilled - Thank you Cotwold Cameras I have no reservation in recommending this fantastic company.

Great value on a wide selection of lenses and cameras. The best place on the net. I was a little bit worried at the beginning because of the prices compared to Italian market. Communication was wonderful: they kept me informed about the process and sent the tracking as soon as it was available. Delivery as expected. Will buy for sure from they again, very happy with the service and the object. Highly recommended.

I can't believe it! I looked long and hard at lots of these 'Grey Import' websites as I wanted a Nikon D850, even though these guys got good reviews I still was sceptical, it just seemed too good to be true, this was a £2600 camera being sold at half price. After weeks of 'will I/won't I' I decided to just go for it. I paid my money and waited. From that point I got loads of update emails from Cotswold Cameras and the courier... and then it turned up just over a week later. It's a brand new camera, not a 'second' and not a previously used camera. I've put it through it's paces and it is amazing!

I highly recommend this website. It is a genuine and trustworthy store, not fake at all. Everything I received was brand new, original, and in perfect condition. My Sony FX30 arrived on time, exactly as described, and everything works perfectly. I am very happy with my purchase and the excellent service. I have used Cotswoldcameras many times over the years, I have always found them responsive to questions and realistic on delivery times. All of the items I have purchased are exactly the same as if you purchased them elsewhere but a lot cheaper. I recommended them without hesitation and I am sure I will use them again in the future.

The price for my lens was amazing. Far lower than the usual UK stores. I checked Cotswold Cameras credentials carefully before ordering. Everything checked out OK so I ordered. My order was delivered promptly with plenty of tracking information, and in perfect condition. I would use Cotswold Cameras again.

Item arrived within 1-2 weeks as quoted on delivery times. Third time of using Cotswold cameras and will use them again.

Although I have unfortunately had to return an item, the reasons for doing so are not really relevant to this review.

What I do want to comment on is the customer service I received from Cotswold Cameras. My complaint was acknowledged within an hour, and I received a courteous, professional and understanding response. There was no argument or attempt to avoid the issue. The company immediately offered to arrange collection of the item and provide a full refund.

Whatever my reasons for deciding to return the product, I could not reasonably have asked for more in terms of how my complaint was handled. The customer service I received was prompt, polite and efficient throughout.

I ordered a camera from Cotswold Cameras much cheaper than anywhere else. It came within 9 days and the product is excellent, packaged well and is a joy to use. Would very much recommend.

I’ve bought two cameras with Cotswold and have had no issues. Delivery takes a while but they will tell you this upfront. You can pay additional for fast delivery.

Third time I have purchased from Cotswold Cameras and each has been a simple stress free process. Thoroughly recommended.

Canon r100 / 400 lens received in new condition well within the delivery time frame.
Would deal with again.
