First experience with Cotswold Camera. They delivered on time as promised (10-15 business days), and within 10 business days, the package was well packaged and the contents were in perfect condition.
I subsequently placed a new order and am awaiting receipt.

This was my first buying experience with them. I did a lot of research before pulling the trigger. And reviews, like mine, helped me trust them. I am glad I did.
I bought two lenses for my Sony a7 and the whole process went smooth. Purchased them on Jan 23rd and I received them in Spain on Feb 9th.
Nicely packaged, they arrived in perfect new condition.
No extra costs and the communication via email with updates on the process was very appreciated.

Excelent pricing and no problems at all with the delivery process. Not the fastest in the world, but good enough in this regard. The lenses I bought came perfectly and the customer support answered quicky when I asked for the delivery time.

I've ordered several times from Cotsworld Cameras now and have always had a great experience. Most recently I ordered a Nikkor 180-600mm, they informed me that the box is slightly damaged from warehouse storage which is completely normal. and they offered me a money back discount as an apology. Lens arrived and the damage was so minimal it was hard to notice what exactly they was talking about. I'll be buying my lenses from now on from them.

Product arrived in perfect condition and well packaged, took a little longer than expected but taking into account I saved 1,200 Euro on RRP and this was a new item under Cotswold Gaurantee. I am delighted, when I did have a query regarding delivery Cotswold were quick to respond. I will use these guys again for sure. Thank you Cotswold. I am super happy :)

On December 29th, 2025, I made a purchase of the Canon R6 MKII from Cotswoldcameras. The enticing price and stellar Trustpilot reviews were the primary reasons for my decision. Although I was aware that the delivery would take 10-14 working days, considering the Christmas and end-of-year period, I reached out to them to inquire about the status of my order. Rebecca responded promptly and assured me that the order was being processed and that the delivery was expected to be on time. To my delight, the package arrived on January 12th, 2026, within the 10 working days. As mentioned by others, patience is key when ordering from Cotswoldcameras, as their inventory is frequently updated and moved around.. However, I must say that the product I received was genuine, brand new, and in excellent condition. Overall, I had a fantastic shopping experience with Cotswoldcameras.

I ordered the Canon R3. I was a little nervous as I was spending a lot of money. I placed the order and it arrived two weeks later with full tracking. You have to be patient when ordering here. Stock is moved around. The communication was great and I was reassured it will be arriving on or around the date they gave. Great customer service. Product is origional, brand new and in perfect condition on arrival. I will buy here again.

The price was so good that I was worried about the quality and whether it would actually arrive. But it did, and my Canon 24–70 works perfectly. Very good service and good quality. I can recommend it.

The price is really very good (Nikon Z8 body) and it was delivered within 10 days, well packaged, in its original box. I received a polite email saying that they couldn't guarantee that the menu would be in Dutch, but that turned out to be the case. Very satisfied!
