Hi, Both flour, emmer wheat and einkorn are excellent.
I knead them in piping hot water added with thyme seeds and pink himalyan salt, I make indian daal and vegetable and me and my husband relish the chapatis made out of these two flours, very good quality. I will definitely recommend them. I will continue to order from here. Thank you

We've been buying Matthews's stoneground wholemeal flour for our breadmaker since the great flour shortage at the beginning fo the pandemic and we haven't looked back. Works perfectly every time and tastes brilliant, just like this morning's loaf.

Website is easy to use, the flour delivered quickly. The "8 Seed Multigrain" makes the most amazing bread in a breadmaker. Far better than the mass produced supermarket stuff and a bag of the flour costs less than a loaf of artisanal bread which still doesn't taste quite as good.

As per usual my order was sent promptly and arrived safely.
Have ordered SR flour for the first time, but had no reason to start using it yet, so can give no review on that.

My absolute favourite flours which make a lovely sourdough. Cotswold crunch a favourite but also lovely the six seed.
