Ethical dispatch of animals

The most important thing for me was that the pork is stunned electrically before killing rather than the cruel way most suppliers use. The Ethical Butcher replied to my query quickly with reassurances so I ordered. It was delivered on time and though we've only eaten the sausages so far, they were excellent quality

I love The Ethical Butcher! Always a great experience. Great choice and variety, always high quality and delicious, as well as excellent service.
I recommend to anyone wanting consistent quality and ethically sourced meat.
