Never received the goods
Never received the goods. I contacted them and got no reply back. Disappointing as they’ve been brilliant up until now.
Gemma has now rectified the situation as it was a glitch with their site. She is issuing replacements and kindly given me a 20% voucher code for my next purchase so I’m now satisfied with the service. They really are lovely products and she has restored my faith with this company.

I’m truly sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order and that you’ve had trouble reaching us. Your order was processed and dispatched on August 6th, just two days after it was placed. According to Royal Mail’s tracking records, a parcel was marked as delivered, but the proof of delivery indicates it was a different item.
I understand how frustrating this situation must be, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I will prioritise this issue and ensure that a replacement order or refund is processed as quickly as possible.
