Really impressed with our wedding invites
Really impressed with this company! The quality of the wedding invites is absolutely excellent, way beyond our expectations. There were a few minor hiccups in the process of ordering but customer service (Julie) was so good and the invitations arrived within the clearly specified timeframe (they took 9 business days with the editorial review option). Turnaround isn't the fastest but the quality and designs are the best and they are honest about how long things will take. I recommend them for wedding invites!

The cards are absolutely beautiful and high quality - but the very best about Cottonbird is their customer service. I will be using their services for all our wedding stationary and hopefully other future events!!

Excellent customer service and print quality
We got our wedding invites designed and printed through Cotton Bird and their customer service was very good. They even picked up on a few low res images and asked whether they can change it for us free of charge. The print quality was amazing and communication throughout the process and with the graphic designers was easy, quick and simply excellent. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Disappointing quality
We ordered thank-you cards for our wedding here.
The cards look very high quality on the Internet but instead of a rough, natural paper, the cards seem to be made of something between cardboard and plastic, with a smooth surface. The structure is only printed on (our product: Hampton Archive).
The quality of the product does not justify its price.
Production and delivery (supposedly from Germany to Switzerland) took three weeks.

we are sorry to hear that you are not fully satisfied with the paper quality of the received cards. We offer a set of sample cards, so that you can see and test the quality of paper and print of our cards. Maybe you did not use this service of us. Production time of the cards depends usually from the type of card. Please notice, that a delivery out of the European Union like Switzerland takes longer as to Germany, as the goods have to be declared.
