Don’t use if you need something on time……
Paid a premium for named Saturday delivery as my farther needed some clothes to go into care, arrived the following Friday, unfortunately too late….. I’d have put it down to a one off, if I hadn’t ordered the same items twice to two different addresses in different counties (both arrived 6 days late). Dreadful, don’t use if you need something quickly and customer services couldn’t have cared less about it.

Again poor service from Evri who do not read or comply with my delivery situation. I have limited mobility and find stairs difficult so I need my parcel to be delivered to my flat front door. not just dumped in the building foyer with an email to say its been delivered
Amazon, DPL and even the PO do this so why can't Evri

I love Cotton Traders
Everything was easy from start to finish. I received a catalogue but did order online. The package was delivered in a couple of days and the items were all of good quality. I have returned a jacket as it was too big. This was an easy process too. I am going to reorder it. I love Cotton Traders clothes and own a few!

Evri did not deliver my parcel on time…
Cotton Traders were very good and apologised for courier Evri who did not deliver my parcel on time and took a further 3 days to deliver it. I hence got a refund for the delivery.
