We appreciate you sharing your experience regarding the refund delay. We try to process all refunds within 5 days of receiving these back at our distribution centre. We have had a larger than expected volume of returns in the last few weeks which has meant we have been working behind our normal service levels. However our team have been working hard and we are now back to normal service levels.

Good clothing, awful service
We like cotton traders clothing but our local outlet closed and our nearest store is 25 miles away. They don’t have a lot of stock, and we think it is wrong that if the shop has not got the item we go for, then we have to pay for delivery, and if the item doesn’t fit we have to pay to send it back. Seems to make sense to find a new shop to buy from, such a shame

I am sorry to read that your local store has closed, At cotton Traders we charge postage as we don't build that cost in to the price of our garments like other companies do. You can have free delivery and returns to the store but we appreciate that this is now 25 miles away. We do also offer our customers a yearly delivery charge which is £12.50 as a one off fee and then you this gives you free delivery for 12 months.

Love the material of the men's cargo…
Love the material of the men's cargo pants and great fit but the letdown for me which I didnt notice at time of purchase are the big plastic zips on the front pockets which for me are a big no no, I will keep them to wash the car in but as regards for going out to the football in its a definite no.
