Be very wary of their cotton shirts……
Be very wary of their cotton shirts… purchased three just recently in size 3XL, first wear perfect fit, wash according to instructions and then the quality of the cotton shows, they shrink to size 2xl. Poor quality cotton.
These were purchased from their Norwich, Notcutts store so no order number available.

Returned dress by registered post 7 days ago at local post office. Rang your Customer Services 6 times. Cut off once. Informed customer service not available and no option to sen email with query. Advised I have to send a letter! In thus day and age, a letter! My polite enquiry is: When can I expect a refund please?

Everi lost my parcel I rang customer service. They resent my order by next day delivery. Wonderful service, I couldnt believe it. Birthday presents in my order and due to the replacement I was able to give them on the right day.

SKY HIGH Telephone Charges
I purchased 4 items from Cotton Traders & returned them all, on principle, because I was charged £19:87 for using their telephone purchase line. And I would not buy from them again!!

I can confirm our 0844 telephone number is a fixed standard rate number and our customers are charged at a rate of 7p per minute if calling from a BT landline, regardless of where in the UK they are calling from.
Calls from other service providers or mobiles may vary.
We have decided to use the 0844 prefix as this proves cheaper for many of our customers and will bring us in line with most other UK contact centres. This will also give our customers throughout the UK one number to call from all areas.
We can assure you all our advisors are trained to deal with calls as efficiently as possible, however sometimes queues are unavoidable, especially at our busier times.
