Have been buying basic clothes from Cotton Traders for many years. The quality is always reliable, even if the colours were often not my choice. Lately they have branched out and now offer a variety of styles & fabrics, which seem to have pushed out the original basics. Sadly, there was nothing in the latest brochure that I was looking for.

Rubbish next day delivery by Evri
Ordered with next day delivery since wanted to go on holiday. Had email saying it would be deluvered by Evri. Heart sank and was proved correct. Wasn't delivered until 3 days after. Phoned and agent apologised and I was told it would be refunded. Then get a message saying £3 would be credited when fee was £6.99. Another phone call and was told normal delivery was £3.99 so would have to pay that whatever. No allowance for inconvenience and poor initial information. Customer service could be improved and use a better firm than Evri!
