May as well order Snail Mail
From order to delivery was over 5 weeks. No communication to say that there would be any delay. Their own policy says that you have to wait for about 3 weeks before you can chase them up. Yet in that time they managed to send me a catalogue in the post. And then you use Evri who have to be the slowest and most unreliable couriers out there! Fathers day gift now deferred to Birthday!

Very good customer service
I ordered a blouse and was sent the wrong size. I decided to return it via an EVRI dropbox but was dismayed to see that I would have an amount (£2.59, I think) deducted from my refund. As I wanted a replacement in the correct size, I contacted customer services who arranged a replacement for me with no fuss so a refund was not necessary. The customer service gent sorted it all for me speedily and with no fuss. Proper customer service and the EVRI dropbox was extremely easy to use.

Disappointed ,My parcel was supposed to…
Disappointed ,My parcel was supposed to be delivered by Evri on Saturday 25 th July, during the afternoon.I received a second email stating the driver was running late but the parcel would be delivered later in the evening.
Unfortunately nothing was delivered.I assumed my garment would be delvered on Sunday. It was impossible to talk to someone on Sunday except AI
and we seemed to make no progress.
I flew to Majorca on Monday morning without what I had ordered.I was very disappointed as I had allowed plenty of time for delivery.

Some of your items are good and fit well, others are variable. I have had several good quality clothes from you over 2 years and some not. I do not like uni clothes . May be old fashioned but I do not wish to look like my husband, handsome as he is! Delivery is goodish but not as quick as some. Repayments for returns are quite good. A good point to mention is that most of the clothes I have bought have washed well.
I think some of your designs are rather old fashioned looking, particularly regarding patterns. The above is for mostly ladies clothes. I have bought some really excellent shorts and shirts for my husband.

Bought holiday cargo trousers on 14th July ... 3to5 day delivery although promised in 3days. Finally arrived 23rd July.. too late so returned to store. Promised immediate refund.. gave it 6 days no refund.. ring customer services apologies told refund will be another 5 days ... They have had my money for nearly a month.. what is going on with these thieves and liars.. or are they facing bankruptcy.. Argos or Next refunds are made in minutes M&S very quick... Cotton traders you are charlatans... Pay up..!
