Purchase padded coat
I purchased a padded coat on 4 September and this was delivered and left in my safe place as instructed . It came extremely quickly with no problens. It is exactly what I wanted and good qualify. I look forward to wearing this as the weather comes cooler.

Not happy
I placed an order hoping to redeem a voucher for £10that I had been sent, but the £10 was not deducted from the total. I shall be thinking twice before I place an order again.

Correct lengths
No problem with the delivery, very quick. However the jeans I ordered as a 29" leg were too long and measured 30" which spoils the look of the trouser. Second time this has happened . Please label correctly as postage/return costs are high

Systemic enquiry problem
Placed an order on the 3rd Sep standard delivery, and another one on the 11th. I get delivery updates on the second order but the earlier one seems to have disappeared and I wonder what's going on. I decide to contact them to find out and my options are to write an old fashioned letter or call them. Calls are charged and no doubt I will be kept waiting whilst being transferred to another departmant. There is no email option - whyever not?. So they are at fault for not keeping me updated and I have to pay to find out what's happening. How's that right?
