Good basics
I’ve just bought 2 pairs of track suit trousers and a full zip top. The 1st size as a little snug so I sent them back and had them replaced with the next size up. The staff in the Hillier’s Newbury branch are all so obliging.

The whole Shopping experience with Cotton Traders was easy and professional.
The products available on-line were of good quality and at a low price. The ability to pickup the order from a local Garden Centre was ideal. No requirement to be available at home and can choose my own time for the pickup. The delivery was rapid and great to have a staff member on-site for the pickup.
When I got home, I opened 1 of the 4 Polo shirts purchased and found it was too large. I contacted Customer Service to request the method for exchanging the shirts for a smaller size. The Agent suggested I should try on all 4 Polo Shirts while on the phone. I did this and discovered 2 were the correct size and 2 were too large. He organised 2 more shirts to be delivered to the shop, where I was able to do a swap them with the returned items. All in all, an excellent and professional service
