I ordered on line for collection in store. The staff in store could not have been more helpful when I went to pick my order up.
My order didn’t fit but reordering a different size and arranging refund was made so easy by the wonderful staff.

Ordered a dress which I loved! I collected it from the shop unfortunately it didn’t look lovely on me, I had to return it to the shop and found the process straight forward, the shop assistant was both friendly and helpful, I will definitely shop here again.

The retail staff at Cotton Traders in Doncaster are helpful and friendly. The long sleeved, crew neck, black t-shirts are well made, a good fit, and wash without losing their colour or shape. Ordering on-line and requesting store delivery could not have been easier.

I have used Cotton Traders for many years for there quality products. I have bought many clothes for my Husband and myself. You can buy various lengths of jeans which is good if you are under 31" leg. Materials have always washed very well.

The half zip mock shirt jumper I ordered was delivered on time. The jumper is a perfect fit and gives a feeling of cosy and perfect winter wear. The colour too looks as I saw on the website.
Must mention the fantastic service I received from their Doncaster store. I was late in collecting my parcel and the lovely gentleman called me to remind about the parcel. When I met him at the store, he was only polite and friendly. Full marks !

Good quality clothing, so easy to order from the website, can have it delivered or collect from their shop,again you can try it on, if it doesn't fit they will send it back for you, good customer service.

Ordered on line to collect in shop. Delivered ontime. Item not suitable size, so staff in shop really helpful in returning item and ordering the next size up. Received my refund to my bank and then paid for the next size. Collected replacement item on time and was a perfect fit. Great service.

I ordered 2 different construction kits. Both were nicely and safely packaged in small tins. Make unusual, novelty gifts. Sturdy and appear to be very good value. My only (slight) reservation is that together the price slightly exceeded the limit for free delivery to store but this was before discount so when I checked out I was charged p & p. This could have been more clearly stated.

I have bought a number of items across all seasons over several years. The quality is usually very reliable but sometimes the fit varies so I’ve now started using click and collect from store for this company as returns are only free if done through a store. This suits me better as with some items I buy multiple sizes because the style means I need to try it on. It’s good because I can try them on in store then the staff organise the return in store. Refunds done this way are prompt. My local outlet shop is really welcoming and the staff really do appreciate your custom.

I ordered two sizes of Trousers, and they were delivered quickly and of good quality. I returned 2 pairs to the Cotton Traders outlet store at Lakeside Doncaster. The refund paperwork was completed quickly, and the refund was paid quickly into my credit account.
