I visited the Ely branch recently and was met with a lovely, engaging, personable assistant. I wanted to return some jeans I’d ordered on line and buy some others. She explained the process and offered to return them via the shop. Knowing my refund would be given at a later date, allowed me time to review items I’d previously seen on line, but I was able to try items on and feel the quality. I left with a further 3 items, which I love and also received an nhs discount. Thank you.

Always found service & goods very good but this time ordered size 6 boots but they were too small. (had size 6 sandals before, no problem). Returned boots to local store & re-ordered size 7. When they arrived the right foot boot was badly made & the part from the heel to rim of boot was misshapen. I rang & spoke to a very helpful lady (Anna) who advised I should re-order size 7 but retain the imperfect boots until the replacement order arrived, in case there was a problem with the new order, in which case I could return both orders to the local branch & save myself 2 journeys. Fortunately the replacement order is fine & very comfortable & I have returned the imperfect pair to my local branch. Many thanks to Anna.

Have recently started shopping at Cotton Traders on-line after buying a Tunic at one of their stores.
My online experience has been brilliant from point of order to actual delivery. I was kept updated on when my parcel was despatched, arrived at courier hub and then time on delivery date.
