Some of your items are good and fit well, others are variable. I have had several good quality clothes from you over 2 years and some not. I do not like uni clothes . May be old fashioned but I do not wish to look like my husband, handsome as he is! Delivery is goodish but not as quick as some. Repayments for returns are quite good. A good point to mention is that most of the clothes I have bought have washed well.
I think some of your designs are rather old fashioned looking, particularly regarding patterns. The above is for mostly ladies clothes. I have bought some really excellent shorts and shirts for my husband.

Bought holiday cargo trousers on 14th July ... 3to5 day delivery although promised in 3days. Finally arrived 23rd July.. too late so returned to store. Promised immediate refund.. gave it 6 days no refund.. ring customer services apologies told refund will be another 5 days ... They have had my money for nearly a month.. what is going on with these thieves and liars.. or are they facing bankruptcy.. Argos or Next refunds are made in minutes M&S very quick... Cotton traders you are charlatans... Pay up..!

as a cotton trader clothes wearer of many years, i have never been disappointed with any of my purchases. The styles and range of sizes are wide. my only niggle is the length of some garments, particularly ladies trousers which mainly start at 27 inches. as a shortie i would like a 25 inch length option.

I ordered 2 pairs of cropped trousers…
I ordered 2 pairs of cropped trousers in a different colour . Lovely material,very comfortable. One pair fitted perfectly, the other was 1" shorter and smaller all round so had to be returned as faulty.
Very helpful lady on Customer Services despatched the replacement the same day and the courier received it promptly but has yet to deliver to the newsagent in the village and its been a week now. The courier keeps changing the delivery date. Am satisfied with Cotton Traders overall but not their choice of courier.
