Could do better on service
Clothes are great value but you could do better on delivery and returns. Item for return checked in to post office early last week and yet to receive acknowledgement.
Other companies ( Boden, Next etc) send an electronic ‘item checked in’ message as soon as barcode recorded at post office.

I have not yet received this parcel
I have not yet received this parcel. Evri sent me a text stating that it would be delivered between 13:30 - 14:30 on 05/09/2026, delivery did not happen. I was then sent an email stating that a delivery date would be decided on the next working day, over a week later no delivery date has been made. I contacted cotton Traders but have received no response from them yet.
