My Return of trousers experience
I recently bought some trousers form Cotton Traders, and found them damaged, I took them into their branch in Hiller Garden Centre Horsham, the staff member in there was really helpful, and got on the phone to sort out a new delivery of the trousers for a replacement, and took back the damaged ones. They were really helpful and understanding, I was impressed

I received the items
I received the items, 3 long sleeved polo neck jumpers.
The necks were so small it was difficult to get them on, the sleeves were too long, and the body of the jumpers were also way too long. They were sized Medium, so I assume 14/16. I don’t know anyone that these would fit, certainly not me.

Products good, service not.
The products are very good but the online service is poor. One parcel arrived with the correct address, but the other one was lost because Cotton Traders changed the part of the address, even though a catalog arrived at the correct address at the same time. I still haven't received a refund, What's more my access to their website has been blocked.
