I found the website easy to follow to buy the item I wanted. I have been buying from Cotton Trader for quite some years. I have always been pleased with the quality of clothing etc. at affordable prices. Their delivery service is excellent I have never had any problems. Would thoroughly recommend.

Trousers keep falling down!
I have worn my rugby trousers once. I like them, however they have stretched and are too large for me too wear; slipping down as I walk. The drawer string is not enough to pull them in! I may buy another smaller pair, hopefully they will be more suitable. barry

Easy to use website , I ordered 2 sizes and found the xs to be plenty big enough , I’m a size 10/12 - the s was much longer in body length and sleeve . Lovely colour and great quality . Good price in the sale as well

Poor invoicing
I have sent an email. But the invoice was incomprehensible with the £12.50 annual postage charge split over 3 items of clothing and the invoice stating there was no delivery charge. The invoicing needs some serious tweaking. Contact with customer services and quality of clothing excellent, however. Sorry to give such a negative review, but I had to ring to have it explained to me.

I waited over a week for my item.i should have been inforned there was a problem with the labelling the first phone call i made your operative said i would recieve my item within 48 hours.it didnt arrive my second phone call your operative was extremely helpful and i recieved my item the next day.not a good experience!

Delivered on time but left at the gate near the road at the front of our driveway over 15 metres from our house - clear view of passers by ! ( Had deliveries go missing before !)
The trousers were good quality and a good fit - pity about the delivery service.
