I thought the cargo jacket that I ordered was a little like a dish rag, and my partner did not like it at all, and didn't even bother to try it on!
And even returning it was a trial as there was not enough packaging to return it properly! All in all, a huge disappointment!!

Good service but the Mac lets water in
Good service, no complaints, but my new waterproof coat let in water. A lovely Mac, feels great, looks great but there is a design fault: there is a flap between the removable hood and the coat which is attached in a way that catches all the water draining off the hood and directs it to the inside of the coat. If the flap had been attached to the hood it would have directed the water away from the zip, not into it, and I would have stayed dry.
